Rosalina's Cafe and Bakery — Restaurant in Stuart

I just stopped in today on my lunch break. It was my first time trying this cafe. I ordered the cod fritters over bean salad. Everything was good, the inside of the cod fritters is a mixture of mashed potatoes with strings of cod here and there. ( be careful of cod bones, I'm sure they do their best to remove it but occasionally things happen. I had a piece in mine. Just be careful! ) I enjoyed my meal, but I just wish there was an extra layer of bean salad underneath it. It was more so just one single layer to cover the container bottom, say... I think one extra layer over that one layer would be better. But I do understand some places have to portion things a certain way for the benefit of business costs, etc. Either way, it was a good light meal. I will visit again to try more. Thank you!

Finally a place that will feed you GOOD food without sticking their hands and ankles to the bottom of your pockets. Good prices, great food, friendly people. The egg yolks were perfectly reddish orange, if you don’t know why that’s important hit Wikipedia….
