McDonald's — Restaurant in Sturgeon Bay

This location has messed up like 3 different times and I don’t go here that often. One time they forgot a sandwich but I couldn’t go back or I would’ve been late to work.

On time I ordered on the app at 10:15 and came to get my breakfast a couple minutes before 10:30 and they said they couldn’t serve me breakfast anymore even though I ordered and paid for it within the breakfast time frame. I asked if I could still get the decaf coffee on my order (I have a caffeine sensitivity) and at that point it should have been free. I paid anyway, and they gave me regular coffee and I was messed up the rest of the day.

Just now I ordered a breakfast meal and they charged me extra for the drink that is supposed to be included. I asked if it was included since the price seemed off and the woman unenthusiastically said it was. Double checked my receipt compared to the price on the app when I got home and despite the low amount of effort it would have taken to check if my very simply/small order was incorrect, she clearly didn’t and just lied. Two things I can't stand: lies, and giving any extra $ to exploitive multibillion...

Going through Sturgeon Bay i always get McDonald's Sticker shock. I'm ok with it, but I'm only a few times a month. Plus they're in the perfect location. This time I was disappointed with the guy taking my order via the drive thru. Had to ask him to speak up 4 times. Plus there was a horrible wind/rain storm. He was not the same level of care I always get at that store. My vanilla iced coffee had 4 pieces of ice. It's the first time I've had it "room temperature" after 5 minutes. If I was staying in town I'd have gone back and asked for a little more ice. But I needed to be in Green Bay soon. There are a couple more fast food places that I've never given a chance because I'd have to turn left and go across traffic both coming & going. I do like roast beef and/or burritos & tacos. This place and it's surrounding area are ALWAYS VERY CLEAN! And Normally I get 5☆ service. I hope to change my rating the next time I give...

Absolutely the worst service ever. Kiara is extremely rude and unkind for no reason. I had politely asked for a pup cup, and she had slammed the door in my face. I then asked for her name and she wouldn’t even give it to me. I had to drive around and ask the next girl with glasses, who also slam the door in my face. I don’t understand what the issue was, and why both of the girls were so upset and had to ruin my night, but this is not OK. I will be calling corporate and reporting this these girls were so mean for no reason. horrible customer service. If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed.
