Sturgis Arby’s will now be a last resort “quick” meal for my family. I will make sure to tell everyone about their long wait times and awful excuse for customer service. I ordered online over an hour before I went in. I got email stating my food was ready 5 minutes before scheduled pickup. I get there at pickup time and there is one person in the drive through and two people in line. My food was not ready when I got there. The employees were super rude when I asked if my food was ready because I got an email 5 minutes prior saying it was ready. According to them it received that email when it got their printer…. The email clearly stated “your order is ready for pickup”. Never have I ever been to a place to pick up an order after I got an email stating it was ready and waited ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. The two people that ORDERED AT THE REGISTER got their food before my ONLINE ORDER FROM OVER AN HOUR PRIOR. Then the manager slams my bag in the counter and storms off and none of them greeted me when handing food or walking out the door. I worked 5 years in fast food and if I ever treated customers the way I was treated today I would have been written up. Not impressed and I will go to another location in another town before going back to the one in Sturgis. Also, what place takes 30-40 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO TO GET FOOD. We ordered two meals, each with a side order of poppers, and were asked to pull forward because the poppers were still in the fryer. When they ran our order out to the car, we noticed there were mozzarella sticks in there we did not order and one order of jalapeno poppers was missing. We immediately parked and ran in to correct this issue and were told that the only remedy was for us to pay for an order of poppers because "we already gave you the mozzarella sticks". Read moreStopped in to get food for my 7 year old and my pregnant fiance. Hit the drive through and waited 5 minutes with no response. Drive around the building and back into the drive through.....again 5 minutes no response. Mind you, I am the ONLY person here. I decide to just walk in and order inside. The guy at the counter, Eli, was extremely rude. Told me he refused to make my drinks for my to-go order and then tells me the food is terrible and to not come back..... The lady with the headset for the drive through told me they can't help drive through today.... But never once actually said that over the speaker.... Only when I asked.
