This store needs to either step up their game or close down. I love Domino's, but I've had problems in the last three visits.
First was when I placed an online order for pickup. App said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes later and was told 3 times "it'll be out in just a minute". I waited for 30 minutes just to learn that my order never processed. When I asked why the staff didn't catch this earlier, all I got was "well, that's what happens when you use the terrible app" (this is the first problem I had with the app).
Second was placing a large order for a party we had. One person has a dairy allergy, and another is lactose intolerant; so I specifically requested one pizza WITHOUT cheese. At a glance, this pizza was cheese-less, but as soon as one of them took a bite they realized there were several sprinkles of cheese on nearly every slice. It was almost like they put cheese on it, realized they weren't supposed to, and tried to brush it off. The rest of the pizzas were poorly made as well: one had almost nothing but sauce on two slices, one ham & pineapple had several olives & onions on it even though we didn't order it that way, and all of them were cut very haphazardly. To their credit, they were very apologetic this time when I called to complain (I'm guessing because the word "food allergy" was mentioned), and they offered a free pizza on my next order.
At least, that's what they said... when I tried to redeem the free pizza the next week, they couldn't find the offer in my account. At that point I decided enough was enough and ordered from Rita's instead. Next time I'm craving Domino's, I'll order from the...

An hour after I received the message, my order had not arrived so I called the store and explained what was going on. The employee asked for my address and placed me on hold. He then came back and said my order was not at the store and should be on its way. I reiterated that I had been waiting for an hour since being updated through the app and text. He then said “maybe he’s in traffic” 😖 I told him the store is 20 minutes from my house and asked if I could get a refund. He placed me on hold to talk to the manager and came back and said all they could offer was a credit for another order!! I told him that was unacceptable and I would not be returning to the store. I then asked if he could make the order again and deliver and all he could offer was the same credit and tell me the order should be on the way. The manager did not even have the decency to get on the phone to rectify the issue! I waited another hour and my food never arrived!!!!! Read moreI placed an online order and followed the carside delivery instructions upon my arrival. When my order wasn't brought outside within 10 minutes, I checked the status online. My order was canceled. When I called to inquire, I was told I canceled my order. This was not true. When I went inside, I was told my order was canceled because I used a stolen credit card. I produced my debit card, my driver's license, and my online bank statement that showed the processed transaction. No one apologized. Someone handed me my order without saying a word. I grabbed the pizza, and the employee called me rude. I asked if I was supposed to be polite after they accused me (in front of other customers) of breaking the law & never offered an apology. The manager came up and said I should be polite, but he never apologized to me either. When I asked for the franchise owner's/district manager's contact information, I was told to call 1-800-DOMINOS.
