DO NOT EAT HERE!! Terrible food, terrible management, terrible experience. We came to eat dinner with some family that came to visit from out of town. We checked in about 6:45 pm and was told the wait for a party of 10 (6 adults & 4 toddlers) would be 45 mins. We waited over an hour. Finally we were brought back after we checked with hostess numerous times to see what was going on, just to be seated at 2 booths facing back to back. Asked the manager if we could be seated together and she was very passive aggressive asking did we call ahead for a party of 10 (6 kids & 4 adults) but eventually the moved us together. Appetizers and kids meals were great but the food for the adults was horrible. All of the food was cold, they brought out my steak with no sides, 2 of the adults didn't have their sides, my dad shrimp felt like ice. We asked if they could please take it back and send some new food. They brought the food out about 20 mins later just for it to seem like they put everything including the shrimp on high in the microwave. My husband brought the issue to the manager asking her if she could please remove the meals from our check but we will pay for everything we did eat and drink, she refused saying "why don't you bring me the food and then I'll take it off the bill" "why don't you clean off your table your self then I'll take it off the bill" another employee said to him "y'all don't have to create a scene to get a free meal!" We were disappointed and shocked how the staff was speaking to us especially because we had already tipped our waitress $30 dollars and the guy who had only brought us our drinks $5. After the employee stated that we were only there for free food we are furious, a verbal confrontation occurred only to have a group of 20+ employees threatening us and using physical violence against my husband and I as well as my 82 year old mother (they knocked her down and she left by EMS) The cops show up and see the employee on video hitting my husband and the general manager shows up and stated he was just there to make sure his employees were okay. Read moreI am EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience tonight. We were out after a long work week excited to have a date night with our friends, only for our night to end horribly. We were immediately sat with no wait which we appreciated. Our server Vada was nice but overwhelmed. She seemed to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Our order arrived cold. Ice cold. We asked for someone from management and the MIT Lauren I believe his name was came over. We explained how our food was wrong. My husband and I ordered the 8oz steak and shrimp combo, smothered with onions, mushrooms, and, gravy. Steak temp medium well. One steak had only onions, the other only onions and mushrooms. Our friends ordered a 8oz steak and rib combo and a 12oz steak and shrimp. All the steaks were to be medium well. All the food arrived cold. The shrimp cold. The steaks. Cold. The ribs. Cold. All the way to the bone cold. Our friends' orders were inverted with the ribs and shrimp being on the wrong plates. We explained all these things to Lauren and at this point Adriana the other manager. So they offered to remake the entire order. We were thankful and waited patiently. We ordered more alcoholic beverages and were even playing games on the kiosk at the table. The food arrived a second time. Again our friends' food was inverted. Our friend's steak was now obviously well done and you could tell it was the same steak. My husband's food arrived the exact same way as before but now the steak was well done. Same for me. So again we ask for management. Adriana returned and then confirms these were indeed the same steaks that they put back in the grill but "not that long." Then blames the server for the inverted orders and missing toppings, saying "well, I only made it like it was put in." I haven't even included everything but I think this is enough for you to get the point. I'm truly irritated by this experience. Read moreNice location great food! Watch for employees not giving you your change back. Had Emma as a server gave her a 20 dollar bill and asked her to bring me a 10 back and keep other 10 for tip....she never came back. I totally forgot until I came home and noticed I had the receipt, but not my 10. I called and asked for a manager, shared this info she didnt have a care in the world. She told me to call back on Monday when the shift starts. Ok.. I call back on Monday she puts Emma on the phone. She lied and said she gave it back to me. I was pissed because Im very frugal about my hard earned coins. The manager comes back to the phone and tells me she will have another manager call me once she comes in. Manager calls tells me they pulled the tape and nothin was on the table. LIES...I asked if I could see the tape she responds that they can not show me the video and she was instructed to erase it. WOW! Oh and offered me a 10 dollar voucher. At this point its no longer about the money its about HONESTY AND TRUSTING YOUR EMPLOYEES. The manager also said I waited a day late...I said no I called as soon as I arrived back home same day....as u can see 1st manager never mentioned I called the day before. So I called Corporate they did not care either. Representative took my info and complaint and stated someone would call me back. Here it is 2 weeks later still no word from Corporate. So please pay close attention when paying and tipping because if Emma lied about that what else would she lie about? My mother always taught me if you LIE you STEAL.
