I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the amazing team at the Highway 6 Dutch Bros. I accidentally placed my order at my home location on North Fry Road (oops!) and didnāt realize it until I showed up at Highway 6, ready to pick up my drink.
Instead of turning me away or making me re-order and repay, the baristas at Highway 6 went out of their way to make it right. They called the other location, explained the situation, and honored my order right then and thereāno hassle, no attitude, just kindness and teamwork. They absolutely didnāt have to do that, but they did it anyway, with smiles and grace.
As someone whoās been in customer service, I know how easy it is to just say āthatās not our systemā or āyouāll have to reorder.ā But they chose compassion over convenience, and that meant everything to me. This kind of energy is exactly why I love Dutch Bros and why Iāll always go out of my way to support this location.

The team there was always so friendly, and they were actually some of the first people I shared my baby #4 news with. I stopped going for a while because I was so tired during pregnancy and then with a newborn.
More recently, I started visiting the Highway 6 location near Wendyās and Krogerās and asked about Nathaniel, one of my favorite baristas from before. I was told heās now a supervisor here, but every time Iāve gone hoping to see him, I havenāt had any luck. Whatās been really disappointing is the customer serviceāthe employees at this location donāt make conversation, and when I asked about Nathaniel, one of them even seemed irritated.
The drinks are still good, but the customer service at the Highway 6 location near Wendyās and Krogerās has been very poor. Even my husband went to pick up a drink for me and came back saying, āDang, whatās...

I was asked if i wanted to leave a tip and I kindly said no because i was not paying for the order the money was sent to me and I was asked to pick up the order for a family member. Jayden R took the order & tipped himself when I ask for my receipt (they donāt even give it to you unless you ask) I noticed and told another crew member about it she just told me I donāt really know what to do she asked another crew member and he also said he didnāt know what to do I eventually left because they werenāt being helpful I try calling to talk to the manager or supervisor about this because Iām sure Iām not the only person heās doing this to but they did not answer the phone. Also this location sucks at making the coffee it tastes horrible. Iāll stick to the other locations this location is a big NO for me wish I could give it...
