Having recently moved from the Midwest to NYC I was searching for some new furniture. Knowing the pain of moving large pieces in city apartment buildings I was looking for a modular couch. I found an item at another online furniture store I liked, but figured the price was a bit high so I did some reverse image searching and searching around and came across Lux Home Decor. The item appeared to be exactly the same, but considerably cheaper and further so with black friday sales. A bit worried about buying from somewhere with less direct testimonials for the exact item I would order, but with a few locations which allowed in person pick-ups and favorable reports I decided to order.

Not too long after the order I got email correspondence providing pictures of the exact unit I would be getting at the Houston warehouse, unboxed, requesting my approval for it to begin being shipped before repacking it, along with tracking info. Shortly after that I got an email with potential delivery dates and then a follow-up call about scheduling. I was able to select a day later than options given in order to be one from when I was working from home. Building in NYC require a certificate of insurance for moving companies and Lux/MW was able to facilitate this for me quickly. I got an email and call a couple days prior about the time window my delivery was expected. The delivery drivers called ~20 minutes prior when they were finishing the preceding delivery and coming to my location. In & out delivered, assembled, & packaging removed within about 10 minutes.

I'm a soon-to-be mom and had my eyes on this dresser for months, but it was way over my budget.
