AT&T Store — Local services in Sugar Land

Chad Wickliffe was my Att&t in home expert. 1st off they pop up at your home unexpectedly. I had a appointment with a tech to install my internet service. Chad came and offered me a “deal” on a new iPhone upgrade. He handled well at the moment until I agreed with upgrading. He didn’t mention all the fees that’s on my phone bill and that upset me. He assured that my bill would be a certain amount and it may have a one time charge that he would take care of. I been lied to many of times with att&t adding stuff on my account that was misleading just to get a sale. Be aware of him!!! He seemed nice but he was rude because I stressed to him what he had told me I would be paying. I’m very disappointed in Att&t. I want to make it my point to it out there because he definitely wasn’t professional speaking...

Very upsetting at the lack of professionalism. When I first went there to upgrade my phone I was surprised to learn the worker told me AT&T stores do not talk to each other to learn if they have a phone there in stock incase one store doesn't. Also she kept saying "we're not a real AT&T store" After I placed an order for the new phone to arrive to they're location, she said she would contact within a couple of days, since several days have passed I decided to call and the young man who answered didn't want to help at all, he just kept saying you need to call customer service when all I was trying to find out was if my phone had arrived. I have been with Verizon forever. However, their service has really been sub-par the last few months. The new iPhone 12 is due out soon so I checked out the offerings from both Verizon and AT&T. AT&T had a really good promo going so I stopped by this store. What an amazing experience! Stiven, Daniel and Rehman all were very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up moving my entire account over and got 2 phones and 2 watches. I'll be saving on my monthly service compared to Verizon including all the new gadgets! I highly recommend anyone looking for AT&T products or services to shop at this...
