If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Now, let’s talk about the food: WOW. The fresh ingredients are next-level, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The Italian/New York-style Stromboli? Absolute FIRE. It transported me straight back to the East Coast in the ‘90s—perfectly crispy crust, gooey cheese, and savory fillings that hit all the right nostalgia notes.

My husband and I placed an ordered to go just after Empire opened. I’m a huge pizza lover, so I was pretty stoked to have a pizza shop opening down the street from our house.

We ordered a Stromboli and the Belly Buster. The crust wasn’t good. It had no flavor, which isn’t a good thing when it comes to a Stromboli since it’s like 95% crust. The onions on our pizza were raw, which was weird. It’s like they realized that they forgot to add it and threw it on before boxing it.

I’d say that I’d give them another shot now that they’ve been open for a while and maybe worked out any kinks, but they evidently serve halal meat. I try not to support businesses who serve halal due to the horrific, tortuous way the animals are killed. If they stopped serving halal, I’d give them another shot. Until then, I’ll keep hitting up their competitor...

Empire Pizza Italian & New York is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — just like true New York style pizza should be. Every bite tastes authentic, and you can tell they put real care into the ingredients and preparation. What really makes this place stand out is the customer service.
