High Fashion Studio By Nasreen Jiwani — Local services in Sugar Land

This review is solely based on customer service. The sign on the dressing room door states the try on policy is “3 dresses per customer”. I tried on one dress one day, and the next day wanted to try on that dress again plus another two dresses (total of 3 dresses that day). The uncle so rudely told me I couldn’t try them all on because I had come the day before and the previous day’s dress counted in my number. I told him no where on the sign does it say a length of time, and that customers assume it’s 3 dresses per DAY. When I asked him when my tab would be cleared, he said in 3 days. When I clarified a minute later, he then said 1 week!!! So ridiculous! When I told him I couldn’t buy anything without trying on again, he more or less said goodbye implying that he didn’t care about me about my sale. So rude and classless. Eventually he gave in and I ended up spending a couple hundred dollars (only out of necessity). It’s a shame some people in our culture still don’t understand the value of customer service. I work in the same strip mall as this store, in the opposite clinic, and I always wondered how pretty the dresses are on the mannequins. I took my mom with me one day and started window shopping. The designs are to die for. I love love and absolutely love the material and the elegant work and more over it is not even overly priced. Anyway, I started getting regular desi outfits and then party wears from this place. Loved it so much so, I got my engagement outfit too. And everyone was astonished looking at me in such a beautiful outfit. by the time I started shopping for my wedding, the person who owns the place now knows my taste and guess what, within 10 mins of me walking into the store one day, I had my Nikah outfit along with my Mayoun outfit selected and bought.
