Read moreI used to come here all the time when it was called Ming's - they have always had delicious food and sushi at an affordable price. Today I decided to get the Lunch Special; pepper steak with an egg drop soup and a black pepper tuna handroll. I will say that the quality of fish they have now is great compared to the other times i've gotten sushi from here, the tuna is so soft and delicious! But the lunch special I got was just not it. The egg drop soup is this neon yellow color, I have never seen egg drop soup be this color & with that said I did not care to even try it. The steak was not very flavorful and had an interesting texture. Just tasted like soy sauce. The veggies in the dish also tasted like soap tossed into whatever sauce they used for the steak. (pictured, obviously doesn't look like how it was presented bc I had to eat something, but I could not finish.)
I would definitely come back again but probably will order...
