Manosalwa pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Texas

To start off with, the pizza tasted great. However, that was the only decent thing about this place. There were no social distancing guidelines or markers in place. In addition, masks weren’t being required. They had no signs outside of their store to indicate that they had CDC guidelines in place. Every employee except for one was not wearing a mask and the girls had on acrylic nails. Anyone who has worked in the food business and knows the safety and sanitation rules will agree that acrylic nails aren’t allowed as they can fall off at anytime and contaminate the food. The last thing that really bothered me was that they were talking about me in Urdu as if I didn’t understand. I told the owner that you can apologize to your daughters on my behalf for asking if they wear masks or have a mandate in place. Which I don’t think I should have had to apologize for in the first place. We are in the middle of a pandemic and that shows you don’t care about the health and safety of your customers. People have health conditions such as asthma and heart problems and still wear masks. There is literally no excuse not to wear a mask and practice social distancing. So, that leaves me with: do you guys wash your hands before cooking? Be the change the world...

Update November 2021 After my last visit there was a change of management again so i gave it a try and they have made significant improvements on their food. I have been there a couple of times since then. The quality and taste of the food is much better now. Its definitely worth a try and you will comeback for more. If not The Best but definitely one of the best Halal Pizza place in town. And they got allot more items in the menu to try, i have tried a couple of items and i am a satisfied customer 😊

UPDATE 1 star- There is a change of management at this place and a significant change of taste as well. Everything just gotten worse. I use to love the peperoni pizza but now, the pizza is not so good and so does the peperoni. I also had the bacon cheese burger. The patty was too thin and too dry. Overly cooked and it was definetely frozen for long time. and the bacon was so overly cooked and nothing taste good. I could not go through the food. Everything has just dropped its quality and taste. They really need to work on the quality and taste or they will loose the customers. I use to eat here often but i think this might be the last time.

We were looking for put go to pizza place and finally found one! The pizzas are great...from the sauce to the cheese to thr crust...everything is amazing!

Thr customer service is very sweet as well. It shows that someone cares about the bussiness and is making and doing everything with love and care. Keep up the good work.

There is only one suggestion I would make...please make the crust thickness consistent. The first time we ate the crust was thicker and the second time it was new york style thin. I prefer thicker. However, next time I will ask for a thicker kne while placing the order.

Again, excellent food and service. Can't wait to try peri peri pizza and biryani as suggested...
