Whataburger — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Very unsatisfied with cashier Sergio who I only order the #4 meal jalapeño burger with cheese mayo no mustard and request my bun toast and told Sergio to ask them not to burn bun he starts to go in rudely on the microphone and I drove around and merely tried to explain , I simply said PLS just no burn bun ..he rudely tells other worker that this B I T C H meaning me was getting on his nerve he closed the window and went to the back after a while a young lady came gave me a bag n drink, I had to request a straw n ketchup..I pull forward n looked in bag the sandwich was balled up and fries poured in bag I went back to window n requested a manager a lady named Delmay Garcia came to window I told her look at food she just grinning , Very poor leadership apparently yo be a manager or an employee customer service is not needed .Never had I ever experienced such horrible shenanigans.. I call corporate ofc while in drive thru.I will never ever go to this Whataburger or any as long as I live they food could be free ...I don't want any...Nor free coupons nothing . DO NOT EAT AT WHATABURGER.....Whataburger will never ever get my money..Why order if the help gets mad because you request your food a certain way......#HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT #EAT ANY Where BUT WHATABURGER Management poor leadership, employees rude and they wonder why at 8 am no customers... Because your food is wrong and COLD. ,Employee's are RUDE and your inside is Dirty and Smells..

Stephanie Resendez you have more complaints than compliments don't you think you should read and respond ...Stop hiring family and friends and hire workers that need a job , Wait time is ridiculous and no one in drive thru....

Whataburger sucks...

I wish there was a no stars option, but there isn’t. This is the only reason I’m leaving one star the management is absolutely terrible at this location. They all should be fired. I was there about a month ago. I sat down. I placed my order sat down doing some work. I got caught up in work so I didn’t realize I didn’t get my food after 25 minutes of ordering it when I went up to the counter to inquire she said I am so sorry she was a new girl she just started, that was her explanation I didn’t make a scene. I just walked away. I got my food about 10 minutes later. I was at Home Depot and I knew it was gonna take a while to get my food so I went ahead and downloaded the app and placed my order I was in Home Depot may be 15 minutes longer than I expected so I expected my food to be ready when I checked in and they brought my food out. It took another 10 to 12 minutes. They didn’t bring ketchup so then I asked him to bring ketchup another 10 to 12 minutes so I got home hungry and I open my bag, it has one grilled sandwich and then one other sandwich made with chicken fingers, onions barbecue sauce, hot sauce I place the order online which was specific two grilled chicken sandwiches with extra Whataburger sauce. The one sandwich I got the other one was chicken fingers, onions, buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce I don’t know who place this order on top of it had pickles, but I hope someone in upper ownership comes down to this location and disciplines everyone here or makes the owners sell and higher all...

The lady at the drive thru with glasses was horrible. I think she was the manager on Sunday night 5/6/18, she is the absolute WORSE. First everything went fine when ordering but then when I got to the window she had asked me if I wanted ketchup and I said yes and she gave me my food without the ketchup so I just waited until I got her attention again and asked her for ketchup and she gave me the ugliest look but she didn’t say a word and gave me 1 damn pack of ketchup for my meal. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH 1 PACKET AND SHE JUST TOSSED IT IN MY BAG AND CLOSED THE WINDOW ON ME. SHE IS TERRIBLE. ANYTIME SHE MANAGES I GET THE WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM HER NOT EVEN HER EMPLOYEES BUT HER. SHE IS SO RUDE.
