Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sulphur

New GM "Jared" is a joke. No RESPECT for his customers. I tried to order a pizza to be delivered to my husband at his fire station. I was told it will only be delivered if I guarantee atleast a $5.00 tip. I spoke to "Jared" and asked why I needed to pay atleast 8.50 for a delivery(delivery fee of 3.50 plus 5.00 tip). I have never had to pay this before when I asked why, he informed me this is "his rule he implemented" I would of tipped more than 5.00 but I do not like having to be told I HAVE to pay a certain amount. Food is always fresh, has a good amount of toppings, tastes great. I usually never have any problems with them getting everything correct. The last time I visited though they failed to meet those standards. two of my pizzas were overdone and didn't have a whole lot of toppings on them and they forgot to give me the 2 liter that I paid for and the side items... the parmesan cheese, and sauce cups.And the pizza was not hot like it normally is. I Just cancelled my order from papa johns in sulphur la. The guy on the phone is extremely rude and don't like to answer questions. He got an attitude and was irritated for no reason with me. How do you talk down at someone like there stupid because Im asking questions about something my children have to eat and I have to pay for. It's so hard to find good customer service now days.
