So I walked in Starbucks the other day Some girl named Kaitlyn was more worried about her self interest then the customer I was waiting to order like always and Kaitlyn was trying to provoke her coworker Sydney and Sydney was trying her best to serve me and take my order when Kaitlyn was so rude and careless about the customer Kaitlyn has made my experience at Starbucks the worst experience I’ve ever had like this Starbucks will never have my business again I’m letting everyone know Kaitlyn gives poor customer service I don’t recommend her I do however recommend Sydney even tho Kaitlyn was trying to make an altercation and a scene with Sydney, sydney was great she gave me excellent service and made a happy customer I feel bad for her though her coworker Kaitlyn makes it almost impossible to work under this conditions for example Kaitlyn making a scene in the...

Today was my first time ordering at this location and it was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever encountered. I ordered a pini sandwich and a frappuccino. The girl called out my frappuccino and assumed I didn't want whipped cream so I stopped her and told her I never said that. 30 minutes went by and I still hadn't received my pini so I went to the counter with my receipt and asked "can I have the sandwich I ordered 30 minminu ago?" very dissapointed in my first visit to this starbucks in krogers. the young girl acted like she didnt want to wait on me. she never smiled or said hello. she was very very rude and i will not shop at this starbucks ever again i will go the new one in the prien lake mall they are very professional and friendly. it takes smiling faces and being kind to the customer that keeps them coming back and doing business with you. love the new teas they are great but rude employees make it a...
