Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sulphur

8/20/23— Came into the restaurant on Sunday at 2:00 PM and at this location you can no longer speak to anyone to order your food. You have to order it on a kiosk machine which a lot of people do not know how to do and I am one of those people, so it took 20 minutes to order food for four people. Once we received our food, I walked around to throw some trash away in the trashcan, and I noticed that there was one individual in the back who was taking a hit off of a vape and blowing the smoke in the kitchen areas. He was a redheaded boy with braids and he was working the drive-through at the current time , I just think that Management would not allow this especially when they were all standing around talking to another while he took the hit off of the vape and I’m sure one of them at least a shift leader or a...

By far the absolute worst taco bell I have ever eaten at, this is now my 5th time eating there and figured by now they surely would have upped their game after all the complaints from when they first opened. Sadly mistaken they do not deserve the Taco Bell name, maybe taco hell, but even then you'd expect your food to be hot! Everytime I have been here has been a horrible meal that has gotten worse the longer this place stays open. There portions compared to a normal non franchised taco bell are extremely small even when you order extra meat extra cheese, food is always cold and most the time isn't how you ordered. Let me set the scene... it’s 12:07 am. Listen. I’ve have had a few drinks, I just left the casino. So we pull up. There’s no digital menu. Person in the window says “welcome to Braum’s” ... we asked can we see the menu or what? And they said “the screen goes black at 12am.” Mind you they open til 1am. We gotta use that muscle memory “what’s your usual go to Taco Bell order” not knowing what the NEW box special is, cause you know they be having some deals.
