Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Sulphur

I live in town, I'm a local. Grew up here. Sonic wasn't always this bad. The service is absolutely terrible, something is always wrong with our order, the kids taking the order always have a attitude or are straight up rude and act like they shouldn't have to serve ppl food even though it's there job. If there was way to rate Sulphur Sonic lower than one star I would. Three different times I've tried to use the drive through. Each time I've sat in the heat and waited 10-15 minutes waiting for a response. But after I pull away the drive through goes back to normal?! I have to pull into a stall when I have a very small order and I have to wait another five minutes to get a response finally only to be met with a bad attitude. I could understand if I was acting inappropriately or was treating the staff badly but I don't. I tip really well, I say please and thank you. I conduct myself in a very polite and considerate manner every time I've went. What really makes me disappointed and angry is that I'm getting food for my 68 year old grandmother and she suffers because the staff have some kind of bias towards me and gets her order wrong in some way shape or form every single time. In my opinion it's time to clean house and fire all of the stuck up bratty teenage girls and boys that rather take selfies and act like adults than actually work and earn their money like the rest of us in society. Waited 15 minutes on a pretzel I was shorted. Then I finally drove off cause it's hot af outside and I was sick if waiting after having asked 3 times about my pretzel. Then I called to let the manager know how slacking his staff is and he tells me that the guy i asked about my pretzel was headed out the door withmy pretzel when I was driving off which is not true. I saw him in the parking lot giving someone else their order. I worked fast food for 10 years buddy. If you can't handle managing fast food restaurant step off and let someone else do it. After reading the other reviews I believe I know what the problem is. You guys need some management that's not afraid to tell their workers to pull their heads out and pay attention. I asked 1 minute after I received my order for my pretzel, waited 3 more minutes and said when you bring my pretzel please bring my ranch, then waited another 5 minutes and flagged a guy down and asked him to get it for me, then the manager wants to tell me it takes 1 minute and 1/2 to cook a pretzel, well buddy 4-5 minutes later you was just coming out the door with my pretzel? should have been 2 minutes tops. Me and my mother went to Sonic today for the dollar Coney dogs. We ordered at 1204pm they said it will be about 5 mins. Is that ok? We said sure. 30 mins later I left my car went into the store and asked what was the deal. They claimed they had many phone orders and they were backed up. Ok 1st. It's a 5 dog limit. Soo how come I saw 20 dogs going to vehicles from phone orders. An entire construction crew got their food ate and left before we saw anything. So I told them it's been 30 mins for 4 chili dogs. This is rediculous I'm about to cancel my order right now unless you get me my order right now. Or I'm leaving canceling my order and contacting corporate. They didn't know what to do. I walked outside and waited. 5 mins later by my car a carhop came with our order. Apologized and walked away. Free food. But is almost 40 mins worth the wait for $4.38... not to me.
