Windmill Espresso — Restaurant in Sultan

I just moved here and have been trying out the different coffee stands. I went there this morning to grab a coffee and a muffin for my daughter. The lady that helped us wasn’t that friendly. Not how typical baristas greet their customers. Just asked what we wanted. I had asked for a simple mocha at 180 degrees. When I received my drink it wasn’t even at 160 degrees. I used to work as a barista and I know temperatures so that’s why I order my drinks at a certain temp so I know I’m getting what I want. She seemed annoyed that I asked her to heat it up. She handed me the heated up coffee and just said “here you go” didn’t even say have a good day or anything. I found it to come off very rude and unfriendly. She then handed me my card and didn’t say anything and started talking to the next customer. I feel an apology is needed…I don’t think I’ll be back if I’m treated...

I drove to Sultan from Monroe to get a cup of coffee because this establishment was open, but upon arrival 25 minutes before closing Brynette told us that she had already closed down the coffee machines and that we could get anything we wanted but coffee. I asked why a coffee stand has no coffee and she said very sassy that she was going to leave promptly at 7pm and that she shut the machines off and cleaned them already. She had to of closed shop 30min before if she already had them closed. We were there at 6:37pm when they closed at 7pm.

I worked coffee for 12 years - I've never heard of someone closing down a coffee machine at a coffee stand 30 minutes...

We were just passing through town, around 10pm and right next to the windmill a very polite deer walked to our car, stopped to let us go by, the. Continued on his way. We just thought he was so polite we had to try out the coffee shop it looked like he walked out of haha and the deer has good taste! My husband got a red bull infusion type drink and I got the iced macchiato type Carmel drink, she barista was awesome and very helpful with walking me through how she could make it vegan for me, very appreciative and I'd definitely come back every day if I lived in...
