Good Brewing Sultan — Restaurant in Sultan

Flat and room temperature beers followed by terrible attitudes and poor service. Our bar was low but somehow this place didn’t even reach it. When my wife and I walked in we hopped in a small line with 1 person at the register and 1 gentleman ahead of us in line at the bar. At this time a rather rude lady filling beers from the tap loudly yelled at the gentleman my wife and I that we WERE BACKWARDS IN LINE AND MUST MOVE IMMEDIATELY!!!! As the three of us awkwardly moved to the other side of the guy paying we looked around and noticed that there were no signs stating “line starts here” just a sign at the door that simply said “we are offering counter service only”. Regardless, we are next in line and the grumpy lady filling beers helps a random gentleman out of line and rushes him in front of us at the register. I mentioned “I thought the line started here” and she angrily replied “nobody is dying” I suggested that maybe the should put a sign stating where the line starts and she snarked “get over it” to my wife and I. Then hands us two flat room temperature beers. It’s one thing to have bad service but it’s a whole other thing when you have bad service and your beer is flat and or warm when you are literally a brewery with the sole purpose of serving cold delicious beers. If you like bad service warm and flat beer then this place is for you. If you like cold delicious beer with good service I would recommend not trying this...

If the drive-thru is not going to be open for coffee after seven, or whatever time you shut it down for the night, it might be helpful to offer the courtesy of matching signage that does not advertise that you are open. Have the decency to signal those who come for coffee at that time with a notification on the drive-thru menu, the pick-up window, or even just have the bartender acknowledge and explain, treating me like a human by not completely ignoring me when I knock on the window to ask about your hours. I believe the internet also advertises your bar hours only, and frustratingly, when i called your phone number, I received a message saying, "this phone is not in service." Needless to say, we didn't get any service during our attempt to be customers at this establishment. I am still eager to check out the inside menu, etc, so I'm not cancelling you... yet! Unfortunately our experience was bad, like really bad. First time we came here when they were not fully opened (just coffee and breakfast sandwiches) we went for a morning walk to get coffee and honestly coffee wasn't good at all, tasted burnt, but considering that this place is a local business I thought I would give them another try... So we came in for dinner... No fries, no pretzel, no pizza (due to some issues in the kitchen) that is 90% of the menu down. Ok fine ordered parmesan garlic chicken wings honestly couldn't taste parmesan nor garlic, were smothered in some sauce, clam chowder was barely warm and I swear it is out of a can (although I can't know for sure...). Hubby ordered Chilli and that was disgusting. And if you want a burger just go to Vicks burger shack. I'm not going to comment on service to give employees another chance with other visitors.
