Marias Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in Sultan

Its a hot summer's day, so we are venturing up to see the campgrounds for future upcoming vacation. Stopped in to get gas at Chevron and seen this establishment in the parking area nut to far from pumps.. I did not get the lady that served us name. She was kind and helped us quickly. We stood 3 in line but for a very short time. My Husband and I ordered 3 asada tacos with green sauce, and 2 orders of fries with ketchup. The asada tacos were a perfect size filled with chunked small pieces beef (not hamburger) had a good flavor throughout. The green sauce was delicious and has a good bite to it. We used the green sauce on the fries instead of the ketchup. Our fries were nice and hot. Very tasty. The green sauce went great with the salt on the fries too. Thumbs up. Perfect establishment and location for leaving town. We will definitely be back as we travel East and...

Well, there are not very many taco trucks around in Sultan. I can confirm this place is legit for a mexican food truck.. There is nothing special to brag about. I ate there probably 10 times and ate tacos and burritos. The price seems like the same price as taco trucks in seattle. The only difference is you don't get a cooked onion or jalapeño with your order, just a few sliced radish. The red or green salsa is good and not very spicy in terms to "hot". The burrito is average size, you can add guacamole or sour cream for extra. The burrito tastes good and comes with a fair amount of meat. I'd say the tacos are better, but the burrito is priced right (better than tacos).

First time we tried this establishment we noticed it was expensive but the food was excellent. However the second time we ordered two $12 deluxe carne asada burritos with no guacamole or pico it came out to $47. I had to bring it to the employees attention that’s not right. They then realized they didn’t clear the previous order and were charging me for it. I have to say they were nice and gave me one free for the inconvenience then I got home and both had pico on them after me telling them no guacamole no pico. I then had to text them and let them know they got my order wrong. I understand accidents happen and they tried to make it right by refunding us. I do appreciate that but that service was not good neither...
