Habaneros Taco Grill #1 (S Fort Apache) — Restaurant in Nevada

I love their food, the convenience of the drive-through and their salsa/hot sauces!! Also during Lent their ceviche is a goto! Monday and Tuesday are dollar taco days, ground beef on Monday, chicken on Tuesdays.

Edit 12/15/20: I had to come back and update my previous favorable review after repeatedly experiencing a major decline in the quality of their customer service. It seems that lately if I go three times two of those times they're going to mess something up . It doesn't matter if you go to this location or the one over on Rainbow they just seem to not really care about their customers anymore.

The food itself is great as usual if they get your order right. And that's a big if lately.

If they make a mistake you can forget about them doing anything to try and make up for that. You better be prepared to get back in your car and drive to the restaurant with all of the food just so they can make their mistake right.

I even tried emailing them to complain about the service because I thought that maybe at least the owner cares how lousy their managers are and never got a response at all.

It's exactly for that reason that I only go there on rare occasions now and I check my order before I even drive off because I don't trust them and I know they don't care about their...

I ordered ground beef nachos and a drink. I was served a plate of chips with toppings-grated cheese that was not melted. I asked for the cheese to be melted-that's what makes it "nachos". The man behind the counter got angry and began to tell me i was served unmelted cheese because i didn't specify melted cheese when i ordered. When they gave it to me the second time the cheese was still not melted. The idea was to order a pile of chips with ground beef and cheese melted on to the top but i was being served a pile of ingredients. Naturally you can see where i might get a little upset considering the word "nachos" literally means "chips with cheese melted on top". The angry man behind the counter began shaking and angrily threw my money at me. No lie, can check the cameras in the store- he threw my money at me and then stormed off. I showed the staff my Google search on my phone where the definition of nachos was at the top but they still insist i ordered the wrong food.

Listen i just wanted a refund because i was not being served what i was asking for but Able behind the counter didn't want to help me. After he threw my money at me he stormed off and refused to speak with me. I was asking his name and the managers name but he refused...

OH MY GAWDDDDD The food here is ENORMOUS and INEXPENSIVE and REALLY GOOD.

Do not go here if you are a burrito-phobe. They advertise "burros" that are easily 12" long, and I doubt sincerely that this is false advertising.

Holy guaca-mole!

I figured this place would be a super-dump cheap taxo-rheeah and I was very impressed with their food. In fact I asked if this was the only location in town since I believe they need to be everywhere like another establishment whose name I shall not mention (Robertos) on this review.

I would pick this spot 3 times a week for dinner if my cholesterol/waistline could handle it... the prices are so good my wallet can handle it 7-21 times a week. For those of you who have challenges with math, that would be one day a week to three times a week.

The enchiladas are fabulous, cheesy, quick fried tortillas ENGORGED with cheese and then SMOTHERED with red sauce that really satisfies your desire for CHEESE and RED SAUCE.

The salsa here is one of my favorite taqueria salsas in town.

I don't want to let the gato out of the bolsa... but PLEASE eat here, you will thank...
