Today Sept 17th @ 3:15 I went through the drive through and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. I asked for just a moment and she proceed to tell me to go ahead with my order THREE times within no more than 60 seconds. Then was extremely rude taking my order and SNATCHED my card out of my hand when I was trying to pay. The interaction was super upsetting to say the least. “It’s just Taco Bell it’s just fast food” sure but I don’t think my interactions at a place where I’m trying to do business should put a bad taste in my mouth simply because the employees can’t treat customers with respect. Read morePut an online order in 40 minutes before picking it up. Went to get it. Had to wait because it hadn't even been started yet. Got the food, went home, realized several items were missing. Went back to the store, brought the receipt and showed what items were missing. Got the items, had to point out I was still missing some cinnamon twists. Got back home, checked the new items, not even the items I'd ordered and showed was missing. Tried calling to get ahold of someone, sat waiting for 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone.
