Fully reimbursed and the staff is awesome. Love dunkin and this place is now my favorite!!! I love dunkin and go to many stores, this one being the main of two. I have tried to call and reach out but cannot get the number listed to let me leave a voicemail or talk to someone. I ordered on the go through drive thru. Pretty long line. I got to the window and only the iced drink was prepared and we were waiting on the other. My order was a iced caramel macchiato and a hot caramel macchiato both with extra caramel. She handed me another iced macchiato and I said that one was supposed to be hot and there was a bit of confusion but she got one to make a hot but I had to go to front and park and wait longer. No problem. Love dunkin. After about 5 mins I get my drink brought to me and I'm on the way. Well I have an hour drive and dont normally drink my coffee till I get to work and now that I'm here with no dunkin around I have a bland regular iced macchiato with no sugar or caramel. It's pretty bad. The people I dealt with were great but I am dealing with the mistakes this morning and was wondering if I could be compensated. I'm throwing my coffees away. Read moreToday's visit to Dunkin was a complete disappointment. As a loyal customer, I always look forward to my NO ICE Carmel & Toasted white chocolate Machiato with 2 extra shots added, along with 2 donuts and a pup cup. However, my experience today left a sour taste in my mouth.
As I pulled up to the window, I overheard the employees and the manager on duty making fun of my order. They were saying it made no sense to not have ice and even laughed when I mentioned that I don't like my drink watered down. I was shocked and taken aback by their unprofessional behavior. It was as if I wasn't even standing right there in front of them.
I called the manager after leaving and unfortunately, she didn't answer. I had to leave a message expressing my disappointment and also made sure to let her know that I will be contacting corporate to address this issue. It was unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I will not be returning to that location and will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know.

Read moreI got a $2 Dunkin giftcard from tmobile tuesday. So i decided to get breakfast this morning at this location, which happens to be on my way into work. When i pulled up to the drive thru speaker to place my order i could not hear the person over the speaker very well. I asked about the breakfast sandwhiches and if i could get one that normally comes with an english muffin instead with a croissant. The lady gave me some attitude and said i couldnt do that. I was fine with that answer and just took what i could get, she could have been a lot nicer about that. I also got a hot coffee and as i continued to drive to work i tasted the coffee and it was probably the worst tasting coffee i have ever had, it taste like it was made in a dirty coffee maker and had some bits of black stuff in it.
