I get that sometimes things that are on the Hot and Ready menu won't be ready and I'm not really bothered by that. However, when i put in my order of two Quattro pizzas I was told they would be ready in 7 minutes.
No problem I can wait. I sit in my car being chill, and go back in 10 minutes later. I ask about my order and the front person asks the back about it and they have no clue they were ordered and say we will get right on it, 7 minutes! I go back to wait everything is cool....
Yeah, 10 minutes later and not ready. That's cool, I sit in the store this time and about 5 minutes later it's ready. All in all I would not have minded being told my order would be ready in 25 minutes instead of 7 minutes like I was initially told.

We tried shaking some of the salt off the crust but it didn't help whatsoever. Even the pepperonis tasted like straight salt. Not to mention we waited outside for about 10 minutes in the hot to get that...

The manager told her unless her symptoms got worse she would have to wait until her shift ended. How many other employees or customers could she potentially infect by remaining at work if she has COVID-19? I think it is very irresponsible for the manager to have this employee remain at work regardless of how busy the restaurant is. I love their pizza but I will probably never go there again since the manager doesn’t value the health of his employees...
