I visited this Subway yesterday. I ordered the pizza with one employee, and her cocky manager took over my order before even asking if I needed anything else. He had airpods in his ears, first problem. Smh. Before even greeting me, he put my pizza in the oven, took it out and I let him know that I wanted more toppings. He proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do because it was already warmed. I let him know that there was so much going on that he didn’t give me time to tell the order. He was rushing his employees for no reason, only to get my order wrong. So I tell him what toppings I want on my pizza, RAW toppings. He then proceeds to make my sandwhich for my husband, but instead of listening to my order, he’s too busy asking if the customer behind me is with me, TWICE, and asking me about other toppings that I didn’t ask for on the sandwhich. I had to go home and finish warming the pizza. Stop being rude to your employees and rushing them when it’s not even a packed establishment. Let them do the orders because they actually can provide good customer service unlike yourself. Take out those airpods and actually listen to your customers. I won’t be returning.

At 1 time I gave the new and improved Subway on Main Street 5 stars something dramatic has changed this week I had to pay Over $16 for 1 wrap 2 cookies and a cup of water To me this is absolute price gouging I had them double check and they said it was right I nearly walked out and did not pay I could have got a steak for that price , What in the world has happened I understand inflation and I know that it's bad but this is absolute price gouging , The service has also changed and not for the better , As you can also see I was charged for a fountain drink which I ordered a regular water , They are also filtering out the spinach wraps no longer can get them there and they're going to stop selling the tomato basil wraps also , In my opinion a very bad move the raising of prices and dropping some of the favorite items looks like you've lost a customer who thought very high of your establishment

I ordered the new Hot shot. My sub has not one pepper when I asked for extra peppers and onions. I didn't get the double provolone that's part of it either. I thought the whole point of choosing a specialty sub is because you like the recipe. How can you miss 2 of what makes the sub that particular sub. Frustrating! Also didn't get salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan. My sandwich is so bland if I werent working I'd go back to fuss! Looks like a superior interloped to collect my money distracting both me and his employee. Why do Subway people do this. Customers aren't impressed by you flexing your ownership when you're not being helpful just a busy mess! Ugh

337 North main ingredients summerville is just disgusting. I went in for a meatball sub the girl started fixing it but she had on a heavy coat. I noticed the sleeve of her coat on the bread. I kindly informed her that her coat was on the bread. She stated she knows and continued making the sandwich I politely asked her to stop, throw that bread away and remover her coat to make my sandwich as her sleeve was touching the bread. She took the bread and put it back with the other bread and got another bread and started cutting again. I told her that again her coat was on the bread and her coat is not clean and this is unsanitary. She said it will be OK im not removing my coat. I requested a manager or supervisor number she then stated there is none. I asked her name and she said Shenla (couldn't really understand). Then a manager pull up and she began telling him she's clean. I let her speak and informed the manager of what I witnessed. He said we'll she will be very careful. I and just astounded at this point. BEWARE THIS IS A NASTY PLACE. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH. IM A WHOLE PHYSICIAN. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THEE MOST NASTIEST PLACES. I HAVE BEEN. THE FACT THAT SHE JUST PUT THE BREAD BACK AFTER I INFORMED HER OF HER COAT TOUCHING THE BREAD IS CRAZY. DO...

Ordered online, for the first time, go in and there were 3 customers, 2 had already been taken care of. 4 workers, 3 at counter. Was looking around for the area to pick up. I found it and walked to it, and was trying to figure out if my order was there. The what seemed to be the manager asked what I needed, then asked my name, I told her, and then she looked at me like I was stupid or something, and shook her head yes as if to say thats yours. I grabbed the bag, and walked out. After having to walk back to the back of the store due to them having the parking lot replaced, I remembered I had ordered a meal, and I forgot my drink. I went back in and got it. Later after getting home, and being frustrated by the attitude in the store, I went to get the cookies, I had with the meal, I realized that they weren't in the bag. I tried 6 times to call the store and no one answered. It just rang 10 or so times, and hung up. I don't live close to this store, had been to the Dr's office and was Hungary, so I stopped for pick up. I doubt they would remember me to get my cookies the next time I went by. But who would have thought they would forget them with the receipt taped...
