My latest experience with this jet's Pizza location in Jackson Michigan was one of the worst customer experiences I've had with any company in a long time.
We ordered our pizza and were given a 1 hour delivery timebut after an hour-and-a-half went by, we called and they said that our pizza was just getting onto the oven and would be delivered in the next 30 minutes. I contemplated just canceling the order and ordering from another pizza place but I thought that 30 minutes would be acceptable in the party was not due to end for another hour.
Another hour went by and we called this Jets location back and they said again that our Pizza had just went on to the oven and it would be delivered in the next 30 minutes.
I asked to speak with the manager and the lady who was on the phone with me slammed the phone down on the counter and I could hear her say "this customer is arguing with me" as she was fetching him.
She then put me on hold for about 10 minutes while I am sure she was feeding a story to her manager about me so that her manager would not be mad at her.
When the manager joined our conversation, he was very dismissive of me and explained that they were short-staffed that night. I told him that if they were that short staffed, they should have told me right away so that I could have canceled my order and gotten pizza from another place that was not short-staffed. He blew me off and then hung up.
I sent my brother to the Jets Pizza location to go pick up the pizza himself so that we didn't have to wait for their single delivery driver to finally make it to our house
When he arrived only minutes after the call (we live down the street from this Jets), the manager told him that the pizza was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, it showed up at our house cold and she forgot our Cokes. She never returned with them.
We received no help or offer of a refund by the manager and everybody who we talked to was very flippant. I made it a point to be nice and cordial through the entire procedurewith the exception of at the end letting him know that my experience will make it out online as a review. This is...
Read moreI stopped in town and spent the night at local hotel after for a long day of adventures of fly fishing and fun with a friend. We decided to order pizza and have it delivered to our hotel room versus going out again.
Mines you this was a Thursday evening. I ordered the pizza at 6:30 with a delivery time of one hour. A little over the hour make the delivery guy knocks on the door and hands me his delivery bag and asked if I would check to make sure that this was my pizza inside that I ordered. I opened it up and pulled out a box that was the size of a lager pizza. Without completely taking it out or opening. I explained to him that I ordered a small 3 corner pizza and knew this was not mine. He said he would come back with the correct one.
I immediately called the store location and spoke with the manager he assured me that he would have my pizza to me shortly. Approximately 15 minutes later my pizza was delivered stone cold.
I called the location back and got a female who answered the phone (come to find out she was the other manager on duty). I explained the situation to her and asked her how long I might expect a new pizza to be made and have delivered and she hung up. Calling back I spoke with the male manger again asked for her name to find out she as the other manager. I told him I did appreciate the hanging up of the phone on me and asked him about the remake and delivery of the new pizza. 30 mins later dinner was served. Needless to say, Jets pizza is my absolute favorite pizza place to order from at home and will continue to do so.

Read moreWe have ordered from here for years. We always have little mishaps here and there, but today was ridiculous. Received delivery of 2 Jetzees (veggie and meatball), antipasto salad, and ranch dressing. Went to eat the salad and the lettuce was disgusting. We didn't see it until we started to get through the toppings. A lot of it was brown and soggy like when you forget about the bag you bought a month before and it turns to sludge. This same disgusting lettuce was on the veggie sub. Ruined our appetite. Called to complain and the manager asked if I wanted a new order. I said No, I just wanted my money back. I was told they do not normally do refunds, but they would credit me for my next order. I said there would not be a next time if that is the quality of food leaving the building. He then said he would give me a refund if I returned the food. I said they are welcome to come and get it. He said that I had to bring it to them for the refund. I said they can come and get it because I ordered delivery for a reason. He said if I didn't come up there with the food I could not get the refund. I told him thank you, but I'll call corporate and hung up. Called corporate and had to leave a message. So frustrated. We have been loyal customers for years...not anymore. Crappy customer service.
