Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Summit Township

I have the great praise to the 24+ Jimmy Johns I have visited over the past few years. I have extra praise for the N, Taylor MI and Fremont Ohio JJ. They are excellent in all manners. What's bad for them and the others is they are now losing business because of the incompetence of the Jackson MI store on W MI Ave. All four of my JJ bad experiences have been from this drive through window. Twice(several months apart) my sandwiches were swimming in too much dressing. I don't mind only getting two napkins with my sandwich unless it was made with so much oil you need four napkins. Two years ago I had to stop in and complain about a #9 I purchased the week earlier. The onions were unfit for human consumption. I told them if they can't get good onions don't offer onion because a chewy bitter onion ruins the taste of everything. Well yesterday it happened again when I stopped to get a missed dinner for the 2.5 hour drive home. In 18 degree weather I was opening my window after every fricken bite to throw out what I bit into. It was a bitter shoe string thing representing the ingredient of a onions. Very tempted to throw the whole damn thing out. Finally scooping out the sandwich guts made of oil soaked lettuce and onions, while contemplating what to do with them. Toss them all over the side of my car while driving or putting into the trash bag and hopefully it won't drip out. Well before getting on the internet I cleaned and deodorized my car. I have ate at a million food restaurants in my life and a special congrats to jimmy johns for the worst service ever today!! Today I thought I was about to have a great lunch taking my family out to eat on my hour lunch break.. turns out I was wrong as soon as I stepped food in the doors, I bought my girlfriend and daughter 2 meals to eat and myself got chips and a drink! I ordered wings from jets which is a door over because that’s what I wanted to eat and my 2 year old was hungry now so they were eating in at jimmy johns while I waited for my food in the jet dine in restaurant. My food is finally done I go to join my family who I just paid JIMMY JOHNS to make there food and as soon as I walk back in the door I am told to leave I can not eat my wings in there!! My family is sitting in the booth eating the food I just bought them from jimmy johns! I was a paying customer just like everyone else and had to end my lunch, end my daughters lunch who is only 2 years old and was hungry and end my girlfriends lunch just because I couldn’t come join them with my wings after already being a paying customer of jimmy johns!!! If this is how PAYING customers are treated I’ll never be back!! I’ll never do business with this...

Well I ate there once. The bread was hard as a rock. Then one day I went to jet pizza next door. I turned around in parking lot in back. I was more than 10 feet away from two employees smoking in back right by the back door (Which is gross) they decided to call the police on me because they didn't like how I turned doing a u turn and they claimed I almost hit them. They were next to door I saw them, they saw me looking at them and over ten feet away. I went into complain and asked why they felt they need too call the police, there was plenty of room and they lied. I was verbally attacked over the counter by a big man and was told to leave. So i did. Telling them i am never coming here again. They called the police again three hours later claiming I threatened them. Police showed up to my work at this time, nothing happened i told the police they were lying. Apparently he said they seem to not have stories straight on what i said. He believed me and i was embarrassed by the police coming to my work over something like this. I Don't know if that Karen still works there or thY big man.
