One star is more than generous for the treatment I received tonight. Ordered online and went in to pick up pizza. Was met with total chaos in the store - employees clearly stressed out and snapping at each other. They couldn't find my order, and when I tried to tell the "manager" that I wasn't even sure my order went through and would check my credit card account later, and just wanted some record of our conversation in case there actually was a charge, she cut me off, and told me I was condescending and rude and "could leave now" (while rolling her eyes). I was stunned at her response since she didn't even listen to what I was trying to say. I tried again to explain what I was trying to do and she cut me off again and told me I would be happier giving my business to Pizza Hut. I have been such a loyal customer of theirs, giving them my personal and professional over the years, and there have been other issues, but never anything like this. And to top it off, she refused to give me the manager's name, owner's name, or her name. Wow! I can't believe how bad customer service can actually be sometimes. ...
Read moreI showed up today to place an order in person with my dad. When we arrived the front door was locked with a sign that said to use the side door. On our way to the other door we ran into an associate who asked us if we were picking up to which my dad replied that we actually needed to place an order the gentleman held the door open for us as he politely explained that they were busy so it might be a longer wait time. As we walked in another associate called out to us asking if we had already placed our order which again my dad replied that we needed to order in person which is when we were rudely told by the second associate that they were not taking orders. Never heard of a restaurant not taking orders because they were busy before but I guess that’s the new business practice for this franchise. Wouldn’t have minded a long wait or to not have been able to order if the associate hadn’t barked at us as if we had done something wrong. As we were leaving we asked for a managers number and were told to call 1800dominos again very rudely...
Read moreThe guy who was your cashier tonight 11/04 was not only extremely rude, but even had an earbud in and we had to repeat everything we said. I don’t care what the reason is there is no excuse to be rude and not even listening to customers. You shouldn’t have an earbud in as a cashier and saying “huh?” Or “what?” rudely at people because you can’t hear them because your listening to music. There is no excuse for that. I’ve worked customer service with variety of different people for years now - and we know that’s not okay no matter the circumstance. And our food was sitting in the rack and he rudely told us it’s not there so it might not be down with a shrug. A lady he worked with said it should be done soon. It was on the rack the entire time. We were waiting 30 minutes. Order ticket #134....
