Tonight (3/26/17) was my 2nd and last time eating here. While the "House Fried Rice" was pretty good, the "Customer Service" was Horrible. I decided to give them a 2nd chance for two reasons...#1) It was possible that "She" (who seemingly was the owner behind the counter taking orders) was just Busy and had a lot on her mind, and that's why she just glanced at me and "Didn't Speak" (even though it was about 8:30pm and only me and another customer ordering take out. #2) The House Fried Rice was good the 1st time. On my 1st visit, she just looked at me, and harshly asked...."Are You Ready To Order?". When I told her to give me a moment, she just walked away. Today at about 8:15pm on my second visit, I walked in, "She" (the same middle aged Asian Woman), was behind the counter, she looked up at me, and once again I never received any "Greeting" = No "Hello...Hi or Welcome", she just continued what she was doing. I was at least hoping when I approached the counter she would "Speak" = That's A Negative, I had to speak to her 1st (Keep in mind I was the only customer in the restaurant). For Me, "Customer Service" is Vital = I dont care how Delicious your food is, if I leave your restaurant feeling like my Business $$$$ is Unwanted or Not Appreciated, I will NEVER RETURN. This is not the 1st time I experienced actually seeing/hearing 1st hand how restaurant Owners/Employees treat & respond to me "Differently" vs my Caucasian Brothers & Sisters. Real Life Example = I went to a "Teriyaki Restaurant" in Lake Tapps.I was "Dinning In" so I was asked "What would you like to order?", I knew what I wanted so I ordered. But instead of seating me, and allowing me to eat 1st, I was charged for my order in Advance. Yet I noticed "Customers Of Caucasian & Asian" descents, were allowed to pay "After" they ate. While I have No Idea if it has anything to do with me being A)....of "African-American Decent" B) Just Horrible Customer Service or C) Both, but they both will miss out a "Good Tipping Customer" and won't see another penny of my Hard...
Read moreThe short chubby lady there that took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did I placed a phone order and gave an extra 10 minutes to her 25 minute ready time as I literally live down the street. When I arrived I waited almost an additional hour for my food and good thing I checked it was not the correct item. I specifically asked her what I wanted and when I asked for portions, she suggested the dinner combo since it's bigger. So I don't know where the order went wrong if I've asked for specific items on there. She works here and she's the one that suggested the dinner combo. So if she knew what came with the dinner is way different from what I placed, why not mentioned it or say it's extra charge to sub or whatever in that nature??? Yes I could have left, but it was for my husband's lunch and didn't want to delay it for that purpose only. Never coming here again!!! Take your business else where if you don't want to wait a very long time. She did not have any sympathy that it was a call in order. The customer even waited patiently just for her to have an attitude with me because she messed up my order. Took a lot for me to not asked for my money back! She will have an attitude and not own up to her mistakes. Not...
Read moreI've given the new ownership the benefit of the doubt and thought long and hard before leaving this review. The previous owners ran this restaurant with pride, always courteous with their customers and used good quality ingredients. The current owners have cut back on quality, not just on their ingredients but also on their staff. I won't get into the amount of rudeness, wrong orders, etc. But I will share my latest experience. Twice I've been given a side of fried rice without vegetables (carrots, peas, and onions). The first time about a month ago I was offered a replacement or a refund for their mistake. I drove back for a replacement. The second time, today, I was offered a credit for the same side of plain fried rice (???) or spring rolls (No!) and was told that online orders of fried rice come plain. After declining both options and asking for a refund for the false menu description I was told "the boss" would give me a call to discuss further. This is the worst customer satisfaction policy I've ever encountered. I will gladly speak with the boss, but unfortunately at this point, after being a regular customer fir 8+ years paying an average of $60 per order, they have lost mine and my...
