They told us that they no longer except the EBT and they still have the sign on the door, and the coupon enclosed on every pizza packaging, false advertising. Their customer service is hideous, the order was made on the phone and she asked about the pizza with everything on it and he said it was called the Papa's Favorite so she wanted that one and asked for a Papa's Perfect and this pizza doesn't exist and she ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a Garlic Chicken and the Papa's Favorite, she thought the boy who took her order should have verified her order. She didn't know that the order was wrong because her boyfriend went in and picked up the order and she didn't notice the error until she got home. She called and explained the mix up and she was very nice, the same guy that took the order Kayden or something told her it was her fault and rather then argue she said she would call corporate. I will call them in the morning as it is after 9pm. Plus the pizzas were not made well at all, the crust was all crooked and they didn't cook up as well. I would like you to know that I never go there when any of the guys work their, only when the girls do. The girls are so much nicer and their pizzas are great. This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and they only had one part of my order completed. When I did an online order and waited the 30 minute time frame to complete my order like they said. The 1st time they fixed it right away. Today i walked in and told the guy working that I was missing an item. I was told “I can leave your number with my manager and they can call you back”. How about NO! That is not acceptable. When I paid for this item ahead of time and I have to cross my fingers hoping for a call. I asked what else he could do to make it right. “Well I can make you a cheese bread instead”. Okay no problem I’ll wait. Thank you. Truly a zero star experience. Online order.Thai chicken was made wrong. At 8:09 pm on a Sunday the cashier had the balls to tell me they were sold out of zucchini which goes on a thai chicken and pizza cutters. Didn't call to ask if I'd like some other pizza option. Also asked me to pay with a card or figure it out because his register was wiped out and he couldnt make change. The whole store was shut down except for the online rack. Try to close early and get paid for nothing I have no doubt. This store has been terrible for awhile now. Rude and incompetent something is always messed up. All the sauce was on the crust all the cheese was on the topping and it all slide off like it was on ice. I ate soggy plain crust with all topping on a plate.
