Starbucks — Restaurant in Sumner

Update 3/26/23, still very rude & unfriendly. This time, there's a suit with a grimacing face doing paperwork & on his phone & the same big gal, neither if them even said hello. The suit gave me direct contact & looked back at his phone. I went to the Starbucks on the corner to spend my money, screw this in-store location. I told the friendly people at the corner location what's been happening for years, and they said that's the difference between a corporate location, but I'm not sure if that's it. Fire everyone & try to get someone who cares more here. And treat them well because I'd come to this Starbucks out of convenience more if it wasn't for the garbage service. 4/13/22 Every time I come here, I get a little attitude, no greeting, and they never remember to stir my venti cold brew. Today I said it clearly twice & could tell the cashier wasn't actually listening to me, and of course I had to ask the person making my coffee if she could please stir it and I could see stink eye from the cashier. This happens regularly here to me, so I'm assuming it'd be happening to others as well. Not friendly at all. 10/16/21 update: didn't get the breve in my cold brew order. Do people drink cold brew straight? Seems like 1/2 & 1/2 isn't fancy sounding enough. And still got push back on the stirring thing again. Why? The drink took way too long to make (10 minutes) which the barista was bring very passive aggressive when hanging the drink over stating “you’re drink took up all the berries, so here you go” with a very snobby undertone. Starbucks has always been one of my go too drink places, I’ve never been disappointed with any of my many visits. The company’s customer service is known to be very successful, however; this time I was faced with dissatisfaction. 1 Star.
