So as I asked questions about an ice cream cake the lady who answered the phone had a very heavy accent. she’s counting money on the phone and speaking with customers while on the phone with me I found that to be very unprofessional . not answering any of my questions Inquiring about the different sizes of the cake and prices and how much would a small be she didn’t give any prices. I asked about when the cake will be ready she did answer that question stating it will be ready in 24 hours then she said OK and hung up in my face as I’m trying to place an order for a Reese’s ice cream cake I couldn’t believe that she just hung up in my face when someone’s trying to do business or purchased from your company and this happened today which I feel is very rude that someone is acquiring about making a purchase and you just hang up in their face like their nobody. she didn’t even apologize or anything when I called back she just asked do you want to place an order what kind of customer service is this very rude And very...

We entered and neither of the employees so much as acknowledged us. We were the only customers in the building. The employee behind the counter didn't even look at us. We had to get her attention because she was staring off into the void. Didnt even say hello. What was she pondering that was so distracting? Perhaps she was thinking about the troubled home life she was about to return to after her late night shift. Or maybe, her grandfather was in the hospital with covid and she was coming to terms with his inevitable passing. Maybe she was just reminiscing over the times before student debt. No one answers the phone! Many time you drive there during posted business hours and it's closed! Recently trying to purchase a special order cake for a celebration and they have the doors locked and want you to go through the drive through. Mind you the cake options book is bolted to the stand by the freezer. So are they going to pass the whole stand or book through the window and make everyone in line behind me wait 30-45 min for me to decide??? would have to wait for 6 cars in order to even know what the options are.
