Unfortunately this Taco Bell has probably the worst administration I've seen in a fast food restaurant. Everytime I've visited something new is up, for example today at 3pm they would not take orders unless it was through Door Dash (waste of time). There's was another instance where they would not take credit cards at all or cash. They didn't offer any alternatives (such as online orders). They also should update the schedule, in Google it says 1am for closing time but at 12am you would be told they're closed. Which is kinda curious because how is someone still "working" just to tell you they're closed.
On top of the administrative mess they also have a lot of issues with the food, there's been plenty of times where the food would barely have meat. I understand that they have specific portions for each type of product but I once got a crunchy wrap with literally no meat. In the picture below you can also see how little meat they add to the tacos.
Unfortunately for me, this is the only Taco Bell in a 15 miles radius so we really don't have a choice. This is the ONLY reason I've continued to go there. I hope the owner of this franchise puts some attention to this restaurant and better the...

I called ahead to verify that they actually had that drink and then I arrived to location within 5 minutes. Once arriving there, I was told the system was down, and they were unable to make an order this time. A friend in the car with me who had a mobile order, and they were somehow able to process a mobile order while their system was down. She received food but it was wrong. I later placed a mobile order for a similar item. And while waiting to see if my mobile order could process, there was a very rude employee who walked around the building stalked around my car and then hollered to the. Speaker, WHAT'S TAKING YALL SO LONG. The lady inside had a verry rude reaction and didn't believe that her coworker said that until he comfirmed over the headset. Neither one was apologetic about the matter and when I recived my drink the lady was rude.

Update, I ordered for the family again because I received a refund from the previous review so it was free... still a freaking mistake. The food was messed up so bad it was comical. It had to be intentionally done. Made the mistake of asking for no beans on a few items so of course I had extra beans on everything. I honestly love Taco Bell but this one needs to be shut down. Employees have an attitude and refused to help me not understanding I did not order my food through DoorDash but the Taco Bell app. I was told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I ordered over $100 in food for 7 people and half the order was missing. This is ridiculous and they are delusional if they think this is okay.
