Unfortunately this Taco Bell has probably the worst administration I've seen in a fast food restaurant. Everytime I've visited something new is up, for example today at 3pm they would not take orders unless it was through Door Dash (waste of time). There's was another instance where they would not take credit cards at all or cash. They didn't offer any alternatives (such as online orders). They also should update the schedule, in Google it says 1am for closing time but at 12am you would be told they're closed. Which is kinda curious because how is someone still "working" just to tell you they're closed. On top of the administrative mess they also have a lot of issues with the food, there's been plenty of times where the food would barely have meat. I understand that they have specific portions for each type of product but I once got a crunchy wrap with literally no meat. In the picture below you can also see how little meat they add to the tacos. Unfortunately for me, this is the only Taco Bell in a 15 miles radius so we really don't have a choice. This is the ONLY reason I've continued to go there. I hope the owner of this franchise puts some attention to this restaurant and better the service and food.

I will start by saying that I should have known better by having mediocre service in the past. Anyway I chose this location instead of driving across town as I should have done. I tried calling the store to recover my survey code but no one wanted to answer the phone the two times I tried calling. Anyway after paying for my food and being given my drink at the second window I was instructed to pull around behind the car that had been in front of me in line. I was asked if I was door dash in three occasions and finally a lady came out to ask me what my order was, I just handed her my receipt cause I was tired of repeating it to the gentleman running food. After waiting a half hour after I had paid and waiting in front of the building I finally got my food. It was impressive how did disfunctional their operations were going, I would have been happy to explain the experience had anyone cared to hear about it. All in all I am thankful this team is not responsible for something more serious in life other than messing up peoples food orders.

Let's go back a little bit I was there a while ago and it was great went back today thought I would get the same kind of service lo and behold to my surprise nothing was as I expected. underneath is a picture of what I received I called to make a complaint about what I had seen in my burrito I was told that those are the measurements for a power menu burrito I was also told after I asked for her name who I was speaking to she said her name was hope so I told her isn't that a coincidence so is mine but anyway if this is the measurements of a power menu burrito that has cost me over $7 do you think that I would be going back to eat something like this again this was disgusting even the look of it is disgusting. Shame on you miss so call hope that you would hang up on a customer and treat them as though they were doing something wrong when the problem came from your end not mine I paid for my item and I wouldn't give this to my dog.

I tried to order a Baja blast through the app and was unable to due to the app saying it wasn't available at this location. I called ahead to verify that they actually had that drink and then I arrived to location within 5 minutes. Once arriving there, I was told the system was down, and they were unable to make an order this time. A friend in the car with me who had a mobile order, and they were somehow able to process a mobile order while their system was down. She received food but it was wrong. I later placed a mobile order for a similar item. And while waiting to see if my mobile order could process, there was a very rude employee who walked around the building stalked around my car and then hollered to the. Speaker, WHAT'S TAKING YALL SO LONG. The lady inside had a verry rude reaction and didn't believe that her coworker said that until he comfirmed over the headset. Neither one was apologetic about the matter and when I recived my drink the lady was rude.

Update Update DO NOT EAT HERE... 6 OF THE 8 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE ARE NOW PHYSICALLY SICK AFTER EATING.

Update, I ordered for the family again because I received a refund from the previous review so it was free... still a freaking mistake. The food was messed up so bad it was comical. It had to be intentionally done. Made the mistake of asking for no beans on a few items so of course I had extra beans on everything. I honestly love Taco Bell but this one needs to be shut down. Do better

Employees have an attitude and refused to help me not understanding I did not order my food through DoorDash but the Taco Bell app. I was told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I ordered over $100 in food for 7 people and half the order was missing. This is ridiculous and they are delusional if they think this is okay. I also would like to add that the woman who answered the phone claimed to be the store manager but refused to give her name. She stated the district manager was there but refused to let me talk to them stating I'm going to have to come into the store to...
