The food is great and normally the service is wonderful but the customer service today is absolute garbage! Be grateful of your customers.. we give you a lot of business and honestly the attitude needs to change Super impatient and absolutely disgusting manor of treating people Tried to get breakfast “we DONT have anymore” okay can we get a hot dog and met with an angry response of “that won’t be done until 11:30” okay just one doughnut then.. “that’s ALL you want?!” Tried to pay with a discover card and before I could even get it out of my wallet all the way “we don’t take that here!!” Ending up scrounging around for $1 hidden in my car somewhere Honestly we should have driven off… Never had a problem until today Whoever the taller grey haired tan woman is needs to go!! One of the workers at Walmart told us about yall after we were going to buy an over priced Krispy kreme dozen of donuts, so we put them back & head down here.. We told the lady at the window we want to try the best dozen of donuts yall got, so we got our boxes & the first thing we thought of was the boxes reminded us of the great tv show the Simpson so it can be a good thing or bad thing but after having the first donut you can feel the love & hardwork that was put into this joyful donut, they were all soo fresh & very delicious, the glazed is very good, only complaint I have is the strawberry icing needs to be more strawberry tasting, wife loves the stuff lemon donut she said it was very lemony.. A Saturday brunch opinion we hoped The donuts were good the customer service via drive thru was horrific. Entered drive thru no customers in site, waited for 7 minutes. Lady says we only have 4 kinds named them. After I ordered one of each since Drove 2hrs to get there from friends raving I was underwhelmed. Only due to the customer service .
