The employee is not very cleanliness. The employee that takes the money fixes the snowballs also and don't wash their hands before preparing. I went to the location on yesterday and watch the girl who was working by herself wearing one glove, kept reusing the same glove after taking each customer payment. Then when putting more ice in the machine, she picked up the ice with her bare hand without washing them. There should multiple people there, that the person doing the payment transaction shouldn't have to be preparing the snowballs also. Especially with how Covid is still an issue. My husband and I have been there a number of times and really enjoyed it, however, this past Friday night they were not putting enough syrup on the snoballs. We ordered larges and mine was weakly flavored. My husband's had about the bottom third of his with nothing but plain white snow. I told him to take it back and ask for more flavor but he didn't. For $4.50 per cup I expect to get enough flavor to coat...

The cost just keeps rising. Only one employee so it takes a long time. Charge extra for gummies that come in the custom ones like frogger.
