I am a frequent customer at this location but due to the disrespectful customer service that I had yesterday, I will never return to this location again. I ordered my food on the app like I normally do and since I was driving towards home it automatically pulled up the wrong location which I did not realize until after I ordered my food. I went in to pick up my food that I pre-paid on the app. The lady at the counter asked for my name and when I gave it to her she said it’ll just be a few minutes. I stood there for 15 minutes and then I asked her to please check on my order. At that point she said they didn’t have any order for me and I asked her why she didn’t verify that with me when she asked for my name the first time I wouldn’t have had to wait 15 minutes for no reason. So I asked her since I already paid for my food in if they could just somehow give me the food at that location. She was very rude and told me that she doesn’t have anything to do with the other locations and then if I wanted food from there that I would have to pay for it. I understand that I Made the initial mistake of choosing the wrong location but she could have spoken nicer to me with good customer service like I know that the company is expecting of them. I was still very kind and told her that I would just drive to the other location which was 20 minutes away to pick up the food that had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. As I was walking out of the door she said to me thanks for wasting my time. The other people waiting looked in we’re shocked that she said that to me and I just stared at her for one whole minute and then turned around and left. Drove all the way to the other location and picked up my cold food and then drive another 20 minutes home to feed the kids. Sooo basically they didn't have "the hot and ready pizza you want!" and I left with two pizzas I do NOT want. There's two things I just LOVE about pizza: Doing chores (plucking out the pepperoni) Having said pepperoni rip off all of the cheese.

Low level professionalism, even for a Little Caesars, which is saying a lot because although I have a weakness for the food they're not known for class or customer service. One time someone in front of me came in to order and was told to order online.
