Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sunapee

Stopped in recently, ended up throwing all of our order in the trash without eating anything and replacing it with Jake's coffee and food. Only one person behind the counter. This woman was handling money and stuck her fingers deeply into our cups to hold them as she walked to fill the order. She was doing everything with one hand and had a black brace on her other wrist that apparently reduced the use of that hand. Horrible smell emanating from her person. Absolutely disgusting. When we got into our car and verified with each other that we had the same experience, we could not bring ourselves to eat or drink anything. I will never buy from this location again as long as this woman is behind the counter.

It’s sad that a mechanized fast food place like this feels the need to move into a small town. The Americano is bland, and at 12 oz it’s way too big. Staff member got mad and refused to make eye contact after I decided to upgrade the coffee order from plain to espresso. They called out my order and the guy in front of me ran off with it in addition to his own (because it was identical to his, and because this is the sort of things that happens when there’s no need to identify yourself when you order). So, the food of course is predictable. They remade my order quickly.

If you have cash or a credit card and time (and don’t need to use a phone to pay) try the little deli in the harbor.

The staff are almost never at the counter. Theyre in the back. Theres no sign, or bell, i think its poor lay out of the store and maybe staff just doesnt care to be more visible. The staff indulge in workplace drama in front of God and everybody. (managers have had to be called to deescalate work place tiffs on at least one occassion) No drive thru. Maybe this one is corporate policy, but the staff will see you there, a line formed even, before they say 'Hi', acknowledge the customer or take in-person oders, they get busy crafting online orders.I drive extra to use a different dunkin's if I...
