Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

I agree with all the negative reviews. Management is an issue at this location. Corey to be more specific. His people skills are lacking and it shows in how he treats his customers. My pizza was made wrong. I was supposed to pick it up carside delivery at 7:09. When I arrived someone came out to let me know my pizza was made wrong and I needed to wait for another to be made. I told him I would wait but I wanted a refund. He went inside to speak with Corey who said he is the DM and Corey sent his worker back out to tell me no refund only lava cakes. I declined and came inside with my 3 small kids 1,3,5 all crying and asked to speak with Corey. When he came over he told me he could not give me a refund because he did not give me the wrong pizza physically. Since they caught it I don’t deserve a refund. I had to wait until 7:30 for my pizza inside with my 3 kids. Corey argued with me in front of staff and was very unprofessional. My pizza was made wrong, I was yelled at by someone who represents himself as DM of dominos telling me I will be banned from his store and I waited 21 extra minutes and I was declined a refund. So here we go…. I don’t order out much because mainstream pizza like little Caesar’s, dominos, or Pizza Hut charges “gourmet prices” for a sub par pizza. I get “here is your free pizza!!! On us enjoy!” On a free pizza it’s an 18 dollar minimum charge for delivery… but ok so I still work with it. Been a long day right? Then the delivery fee that’s gone up exponentially. Oh. Ok. And then delivery driver is mad I don’t tip? I had to pay over 20 dollars for a free pizza. Drivers should be mad the scam company doesn’t pay them more. This Domino’s do whatever they want lol… I always order half cheese and all the toppings on the right.. I always do pick up. Wait until I get home to check the order, I hate confrontation I know places are really short staff. So that’s why I never say anything but my daughter only eats cheese, She would just pick off the toppings but it bothers her. Last night I checked before I left..
