Starbucks — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Every single time I’ve come to this Starbucks whether it was for a special drink, a hot croissant, or even as simple as water, the staff working at this specific store is always in a good mood, always making my day much better! They always get my order right the first time, I never have a reason to complain. The cafe is always clean, I have never walked into this location and seen anything on the floor or the tables, everything is always picked up after very well. This location isn’t often too busy, but there are many seats to be on your phone or your computer if you maybe have to study un an environment where you can focus, this is a good location to do so. Staff are always welcoming, and also good at time management as well. Unlike many other locations in Sunnyvale I've visited, this location gets me on the go with my order in a timely fashion and I appreciate it! I used to come to come to this location all the time but on my way to work in the mornings and on the weekends not just cause of the coffee or food as it’s the same every where but what made this place a favorite at that time was the personal cheerful atmosphere but for the past couple months it’s been like getting the cold shoulder mainly from one of the personals working there, even when I am the only customer waiting and she being the only one at the counter at the time, she ignores my presence till another comes to take my order. Today there were a handful of personals working and I the only customer waiting to have my order taken, again she completely ignored me as did the rest of the personals working there. This store seems to have a lot of people behind the register but I can tell you the focus is not those in the store waiting to order drinks. Yeah When I kindly asked, i dealt w a be gruntled employee. Then, I enjoy making my coffee w sugar and creamer. None to be found- since when do I have to go back and wait another 5 minutes to get some sugar and cream from behind counter. I like to mix my own coffee!! But more importantly, why is it not accessible to me anymore when I’m paying four bucks for a small cup of coffee. Also, I don’t blame the employees working. They’re working hard and doing their best. I tried to call the manager and there was no one to answer the phone and no message to be left.
