It used to be my to go place for Wells Fargo branch, but I was not there for two years. Customer service went downhill. You could not get any information by phone because they never answer calls anymore. Anything needed had to make an appt online. Therefore, I finally had to make an in-person visit. I complained to the branch manager Harris, who was not customer service oriented either. He was unfriendly and denies the fact phone calls were not answered after seeing calls made via my cell phone, but stated he would talk to his staff. The teller couldn't answer them and the banker intercepted our conversations but couldn't provide more information other than "call the customer service".
