Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sunrise

The WORST experience ever. After waiting in a long line to order, I asked for fajitas to add to my salad and they said they didn’t have anymore, so I went on to order the next item and the employee says you can’t order quesadillas in the store you need to order it online. Makes no sense since the kids quesadillas they can make in the line . I asked to speak to the manager, Daniel, as he approaches the register with his arms crossed, I ask him if I could pay for the quesadilla with my order and then just have them make it in the back since I had already made the line and he said no that I needed to place the order online and wait. I then asked him if I could get a side of the fajitas from the back since I wanted some for my salad, as I saw the employees in the back put some on those orders, and he said NO that the back was only for online orders. I was like, why if I already paid for my order and I just wanted a little bit for my salad and he continued to say no. I then asked for his name because I wanted to verify that it was Daniel and he said he has no name but I knew for a fact it was Daniel since the employee yelled it out when I asked to speak to the manager. If it wasn’t Daniel, his description is a heavy set, African American male...

I just picked up an order I submitted online the people who made my order did an excellent job. I don’t know who the lady at the register was but she made a big deal about me asking for salt and lime with my order by actually leaving the register to tell the not to give it to me. After she said that they don’t have it. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to say that your busy and wouldn’t like to slow things down with that request but I know they have it, I have got it before at this location and if there was an option for me to request it online I would have gladly requested that way. I don’t know what to the issue is but I can recognize overworked underpaid when I see it. The company/ owners/ managers have the ability to improve conditions pay workers a better wage through these tight time, or staff appropriately I hope something changes soon. The service just keeps slowly getting worse I don’t eat out often I enjoyed my food as I’m eating it while writing this but I urge who ever reads this to find a way to support the staff to help better...

it's pouring outside the mall. Let's get a bite to eat... wait in line here and just watch as they put take out order after take out order together as we all just wait on line finally we're asked what we want as if we're an annoyance to them, when questioned on portion size teeth get sucked at us as if again we're an annoyance, when she rudely explained the other people wanted extra she moved on cutting any retort I might give and started tapping her spoon on the counter and without looking up kept saying what kinda salsa u want over and over till I responded what else she said again sucking her teeth at me. this continued until both our meals were finished being thrown in the bowl without care by her.. I can only guess she was the manager as she had a key around her neck aside from the clown makeup all over her fake eyelashed face. the only decent thing here was the food, as manager she's setting the worst kind of example, and Chipotle corporate should consider getting rid of this poison in...
