Completely horrible catering experience for my wedding. She had been delayed by over 2 hours to deliver the food for our wedding. Every single supplier found location without any issues or delays. They failed to bring dessert, because as she said to my wedding planner it fell in the kitchen. No replacement had been brought or not even a call to inform that it will not be coming. And after had been chasing my husband for payment during the party. I am not sure what do they think is acceptable catering services, but it was beyond unacceptable. My guests couldn't eat the food properly because it was already dark, my schedule got all messed up, cake cutting delayed, which led me to pay extra for cake people because they had to wait and to photographer for extra hour to shoot the cake cutting. And instead to apologies next day and discuss it properly, she just charge the credit card that she had on file first. And when I addressed her with it, she said that it's my problem and became rude over the voice notes that she sent me and that if I didn't want the delayed food, I should have not ask her to serve. I am not sure what kind of customer service or client approach is that but do not hire this vendor for your event, there are plenty of other reliable people, who truly care what they do and will make sure that your wedding day will not be ruined with this kind of behaviour and lack of care and...

Hello Ms. Juliette. I paid $200.00 for a pan of ribs that we could not eat!! Thanks for the delivery of the ribs but unfortunately we or my husband could not enjoy them because they were Very salty. They are never like that in the park. Non of the seniors or guests enjoyed them. Embarrassing.

I ordered them because they are usually my husband favorite and I wanted to surprise him for his birthday but we have so much left because they are highly seasoned and we can't eat these with his high blood pressure. June 12th. Went to Ms. Juliette to return the ribs because it was so Salty and instead of being compassionate. She was defensive... She mentioned sauce ( her bbq sauce BTW) was added to the ribs well... That means even your sauce was salty. So she gave me back half of the deposit but the way Ms. Juliette handled it was poor. In past the ribs was A+ but season has deminished. I pray her attitude towards customers because of fault of her establishment, improves. .
