Alright, buckle up buttercups, because my taste buds just took a first-class flight to Italy (without the jet lag, thankfully) thanks to One Italian Grill! And listen, I'm a seasoned veteran of the New York food scene – I've dodged rogue hot dog carts and wrestled for the last slice of pizza more times than I can count. So when I say this place is the best Italian I've had, even eclipsing my beloved city's offerings, you know it's serious. My better half dove headfirst into their signature Cavatelli Braised Short Ribs, and I swear I saw her eyes roll back in her head with pure, unadulterated joy. It was like watching a romantic comedy, but with pasta and meat so tender it probably whispered sweet nothings. Meanwhile, I went mano a mano with the 14 oz ribeye, and folks, this steak surrendered without a fight. I could have cut it with a stern look, let alone a fork! It was so melt-in-your-mouth amazing, I briefly considered writing it a thank-you note. And the house spaghetti? Please. It wasn't just a side; it was a culinary wingman, perfectly complementing the steak like a finely tuned opera singer. Now, let's talk about Samih, our server. This guy wasn't just serving food; he was conducting a symphony of deliciousness. Being newbies to the "ways of the One Italian Grill," he took the time to school us like culinary senseis, patiently explaining everything with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for lottery winners. He was so good, I almost asked him for life advice. Almost. And then, the grand finale: the Salted Nutella Chocolate Tart. Sweet heavens above! It was like a decadent hug for my soul, the perfect balance of rich chocolate, nutty goodness, and just a hint of salt to keep things interesting. I may or may not have licked the plate clean when my wife wasn't looking. Don't judge me; you had to be there. Seriously, if you're anywhere near One Italian Grill, do yourself a massive favor and get your taste buds over there pronto. Forget your therapist; this food is cheaper and way more satisfying. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. Just be prepared to question every other Italian restaurant you've ever been to. Consider yourself warned – and utterly delighted.

After waiting about 10 minutes for our table, on Father's Day, RYAN was very attentive. The fresh baked knot rolls that greeted us were served some plain, while others were dripping in olive oil and freshly shaved garlic. The kitchen was pushed to its max, but the food was well worth waiting for! My husband had the mixed seafood over linguini, while I thoroughly enjoyed calamari over angel hair pasta ~ both in a garlic & white wine sauce. We were steered to the Millionair Cheesecake, which we shared, and was absolutely amazing ~ Very light and packed with a variety of flavors. Unfortunately, we weren't able to return during this trip, but we will definitely be back next time we're in town. We enjoyed our leftovers for dinner the following evening. RYAN was very personable and gave us excellent service. We'll be requesting him again and recommend that you do the same to ensure that you have a great experience. January 25, 2022 Returned, as we promised ourselves. CJ gave us excellent service. We were seated immediately. Employees were masked. The chef did not disappoint us. My calamari was amazing again, and my husband's Penne Rustica was given the white wine/garlic sauce also. The chef thin slices the fresh garlic and made it exactly as we requested. It's truly a great Italian spot. YES - we had the Millionaire Cheesecake again. How could we not??? 3/18/23 We're baaaaack!! OMG, how can it still be so amazing??? RYAN was still there, so our service was flawless. We ordered the same thing, the same way, and it came out THE SAME PERFECT WAY! I haven't been anywhere in this country that I can say that. Please come here, ask for RYAN, make changes to your desired meal as you wish, and get ready to be treated to the best Italian food. That's coming for an Italian, former restaurant manager!!

Hate to come here to complain but want to give others the heads up. If you noticed Vignetos in Weston has sold and is now One Italian Grill. Went there tonight for a birthday family dinner. We bragged about going there and how it’s the best Italian. Well that’s not the case. The biggest let down and embarrassment to brag about a place. We had to the worst service. Waited an hour before we could order. After noticing the owner(I believe) went to a table that came 30-45 mins after us, he took their entire order. Went and told the owner and he said he’d come right over instead sent a runner over to start taking orders. We had to wave down someone for drink refills and then we asked if it was diet and he goes I’m not sure, you have people who are diabetic who can’t just drink regular soda. Some food came out wrong and cold. You could ask for something and it comes 30 minutes later. Penne alla vodka $25 and to add chicken $14. They charge more for penne alla vodka then chicken parm. We asked for a box and couldn’t even get that, we had to get up and finally ask for it. We were given a normal to go container but the other table that the owners took care of were given nice reusable containers. You can’t make it up. So disappointing. This used to be our weekly go to for family dinners. We will never step foot back in there. They changed everything on the menu and pizza You can’t even customize anymore. Chicken parmigiana should have melted cheese on it. We had little pieces of cheese they wasn’t even melted to the chicken. I understand they make all the food in house but when it’s not broken they shouldn’t have changed it. The owner did bring desert at the end. It was nice but honestly should have asked how everything was. Not once did we get asked how our food was or if there was anything they could get us. People were standing in line near one of the computers to pay their bill because they were tired of waiting. Honestly felt let it should be called One and Done. They had more runners then waiters. Sad and extremely disappointed

My wife and I were in the area and came across One Italian Grill. Since we were fasting for Ramadan, we decided to stop by here for dinner as they serve halal. Upon arrival, we were seated right away and our waiter Ryan came and introduced himself. He assured that everything (besides 2-3 items) were halal and they were updating the menus to include that in the notes. He was also so kind and bought us dates to break our fast with! (We told him to bring out the food closer to sunset time as we were fasting). Ryan was very friendly, attentive and constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. We ordered eggplant stack and meatballs as appetizers (along with the complimentary garlic rolls). For the mains we got the margarita pizza and lasagna. Dessert was obviously due with the Nutella tart. Food was delicious, fresh and heavenly. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is that the pizza had big tomato slices and the lasagna could use more lasagna sheets but overall it was delicious! Ambiance is very cozy, welcoming and delightful inside. Ryan made our experience next level and we really appreciated his upmost service quality. FYI - They don't have gluten free options at the moment but Ryan mentioned they are working on adding it soon. Highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for halal Italian options!!

If you haven’t try this place asap. I had a great experience with an upbeat friendly staff and memorable ambiance. To start the palate the tomato confit was a great starter to enjoy and not too heavy. The Beef Carpaccio was well seasoned and the balance of flavors were a perfect blend and well prepared. The lasagna did not have ricotta like most restaurants prepare and had fior de latte which is an imported cheese from Italy. This reminded me of the lasagna I had when I was in Milan, Italy. The pastas are all fresh and prepared in house and you can taste the difference. The Cavatelli was a Generous portion and the meat was the most tender l've had In a while. We ended with a tiramisu desert which was prepared In house and wasn't too overbearingly sweet. I enjoyed it and felt it was perfect to end the meal. The courses all had great flavor and Dalal the owner came to the table to check in with us and make sure the meal was to our liking! I appreciate the owners and the family they take extreme pride in making sure everything is perfect. If you are in the area or want to drive to an experience don't miss this one.

We had the pleasure of enjoying truly authentic Italian cuisine, and the best part—it was Halal! That alone made the experience extra special for us. We had reserved a table in advance, so there was no wait time. The hostess was warm and welcoming and promptly showed us to our table. The menu offered a variety of vegetarian options, but the highlight for us was definitely the availability of Halal dishes. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, even ensuring that no wine was included in any of our chosen dishes. We ordered a spread that included beef carpaccio, beef lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, orecchiette, chicken francese, and chicken parmigiana—all specially prepared without wine. To top it all off, we ended the night with a delicious dessert, offered complimentary by the chef—a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Halal Italian food with great service and ambiance.
