This is the second weekend in a row that my Big Green Energy Juice hasn’t had its usual texture and flavor. The first time, I returned it. Today, I decided to keep it but wanted to share my feedback, which I believe is important for you to hear.
If you check my account, you’ll see that I’m a frequent customer, and at least 95% of the time I order the same drink, the Big Green Energy Juice. I’ve come to expect a certain level of consistency in both taste and quality, which unfortunately has been lacking recently.
As a store manager, you probably can recognize your product just from appearance. I’ve attached a photo for your reference, in case it helps identify any issues.

Read moreToday I went to the Weston Raw Juce and unlike previous visits I was left displeased. I ordered my usual Acai Bowl and asked for Almond Butter to be added on top. When my bowl was presented to me I was perplexed as to where the the almond butter was in the bowl. As this is not my first time receiving this type of order I knew what to expect. When I questioned the associate one stated they just ran out and the other stated that I "receive the correct amount". So I was confused, did you just run out or did I receive the correct amount. I had ordered my mother almond butter on top and I clearly saw that she had received the appropriate amount. Read moreI have been coming here for a long time, and honestly have noticed a decline the last few times I’ve been here. But today was my last visit, I’ll be going to delicious raw for now on. Incredible rude young lady’s working Sunday night. Treated me like I did something wrong when I asked if I could substitute something instead of protein AFTER I paid for two protein smoothies and was told we don’t have protein. I said never mind I’ll just take the smoothies the was they are because apparently it was very inconvenient for me to ask that question.
