MooTown — Restaurant in Sunset Beach

Update: July 2, 2025 Still the best around . Even though I stop here every time I go to Ocean Isle Beach, I still tend to try other places also. After this year, that's going to stop, Motown is going to be my only offer cream place. Not only is the ice cream really good, but the staff is awesome and they didn't price gouge. The ice cream shop on OIB charges $.8.75 for a milkshake while Mootown is a reasonable $6.50... And the sundaes are better and didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Going fwd, Mootown will be my only icecream place when vacationing in OIB

While this was absolutely not my best visit to MooTown, had I not frequented MooTown, I would not know today was an exception. There were 3-customers, demanding and dominating the attention of the 2-ladies serving customers. While the line grew to near out the door, the 2-ladies worked with patience and grace to take care of these demanding, domineering customers.
