Grounds for Coffee — Restaurant in Sunset

I waited in line for one drink for almost over 30 minutes... there were 2 cars in front of me. TWO. And when they finally took my order, there was barely any greeting, and certainly no apology for the wait. I get that good coffee takes a little longer to make, but this was ridiculous. Not to mention, my drink cost almost $7. Completely overpriced. And the drink they handed me had all of the stuff just poured into a cup with ice.. they didn't even bother to stir. Zero effort for a drink that cost so much. And the espresso tasted burnt and disgusting. I won't be going here ever again, and don't think anyone should waste their time or money. Support local and drive down...

I stopped by here the other day. I absolutely love grounds for coffee, and figured this stand wouldn’t be any different. I waited behind one car for 20 minutes. I saw that they ordered 4 drinks, and I get that that takes time. But when I finally pulled up to the window, I was ignored for almost ten minutes. I’ve worked customer service for years, and I get if you’re busy, but at least open the window and say you’ll be a minute. So after 30 minutes of waiting, I just left after not even being acknowledged once. Wont be returning to this...

Originally I had wanted to give this place 1 star because when I went the line took like 20 minutes (there was only 1 car ahead of me and they only had one drink go through their window)... but I was new to Utah and figured that's just how life is... everyone talks to each other for long periods of time. But then I got my latte and it was a bit cold and the cup was 2/3 filled and the flavor was whatever.
