I was able to finally go into this shop with their very limited hours today. I was really excited to pick up what I needed and maybe even get a few things I didn't. First off the lady working the cash register I think was the owner?? She mentioned how she knew every product was genuine and quality as she grew up learning all the ins and outs. I asked her to recommend some baneful herbs and she could only give me very basic info like oh you want hot, peppery, spices stuff..I told her yes but I specifically wanted her to tell me what herbs. After about 10 min she finally recommended one while I told her it was okay and I guess I would use Google. I googled and got a list and only after that could she locate them for me. So not knowing specifics I was really surprised she couldn't recommend her own products. Next I asked her specifically about some nails they were selling. I asked her if they were coffin nails and she replied yes. I asked her did she know the source of said nails. I mentioned how does she not know they are just rusty nails from home depot and that in my spellwork I wanted to make sure items were as they said. Again she replied only authentic items were sold. So I took her word for it. They are not as she says. They are clearly brand new nails that have rust powder over them. You can clearly rub the powder off very easily and they are shiny underneath. Plus if they were used as she said they would not be as straight as pulling them out of coffins would bend them a bit but also where do they source said used older coffins? Lastly I took a good look at their protection salts like black, Yellow, and blue salt. They are mostly Epsom salt with a bit of charcoal powder or some other sort of coloring for the yellow and blue and a tiny amount of dried flower petals. There is way better recipes than that. And I guess I was just miffed they were so basic. But that is me not liking that product and is just my opinion. I mean, i guess by typing up this review, I would recommend them for their herbs as they do have a lot. But the lady working the register really didn't have enough knowledge on uses and seemed very turned off in helping me, like she had better stuff to do. But i also don't think certain items are good quality and one of them certainly was not authentic like she said. The energy in the shop is also off putting. It felt like I was intruding. I am a psychic and I do think I'm a good person so I don't think I felt uncomfortable due to myself. They don't have a lot of crystals or other metaphysical items besides herbs and voo/hoodoo. Hardly any variety of Smudge sticks, cards, and other things. I do much prefer Moonstones down the street and I know those girls working will answer any question and willing help you work out what items you may need, even if you don't buy it from them. This shop did have a healer working and some other reader but i don't know what pricing or even partake in those services, as I can do it all on my own but I did listen in a bit on the healing bring done and the reader and I wasn't impressed. I usually love to make friends with others in these modalities and recommend said new friends to those around me. Let me be clear it is not a full service that I participated in and so again only my opinion by observing while I was there. I just think there are better shops with better staff and better services. I know I won't be back. I would rather source what I need from elsewhere. If you read this review I still encourage you to take a look and then either agree with me or not. But also have enough time to check out another shop to understand the difference I am referring too. I still wish all small business the best! I haven’t actually been in this store. But, as rude as they are if you park 5 mins in front of their store I wouldn’t ever go in. I looked for no parking signs as I parked. It looked and closed and their windows had so many papers in the front windows. No wonder the sign wasn’t visible. I did get a note on my window telling me not to park there. Which I would have just heeded their warning due to the note. But , then the worker opened the door , and started actually yelling at me saying she put the note there. I just looked at her like she was crazy. (As anyone would) . She continued I was lucky this time. She had my license plate. I just got in my car and left. I've never been inside before last week as I haven't seen it until now. I wasn't able to do much looking as I was waiting for a friend and I saw the name of the building and decided to go inside and see what it was. But I will say that I had loved the feeling of the store and they had some really amazing crystal necklaces and other jewelry that I would love to have for myself and I love the variety of things that I only had to look at from affair but I'm definitely going to be going back as soon as I can to get one of the many services that they offer (Tarot Reading, Aura Cleansing and many...
