UPDATED REVIEW: My most recent experience is the worst one yet. So I ask for a split card payment, the cashier says yeah no problem. We'll then there was a problem. He cancels the transaction after I swipe one of the two cards. He says the transaction was cancelled so the money goes back onto the card. Long story short it didn't. And still hasn't. The employees have offered no comfort that it will ever be figured out and no resolution has been made or even attempted. I'm just out the $100 and they are basically saying it's not their fault so good luck figuring it out. I decide to see if I can get it figured out by asking for the contact info of the supervisor or manager and I am told to call corporate so I ask for the number and they said "you can just Google it". Whole new low for the staff of this location. Blows my mind. Will update my review again if I ever get my money back or anyone even attempts to help but I wouldn't hold my breath
OLD REVIEW:I used to exclusively pawn stuff here, but after my last few visits I don't think I will be returning for anything. Especially not to request a loan. I was treated very poorly by 2/3rd's of the staff. One clearly had no idea how to properly look up items. And turning. Items away because she wasn't trained well enough to look it up. So after I was forced to do their job for them and not only find the model number on the item for them, my girlfriend then had to show her how to use their own computer system to find it and quote it. And normally all that wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't with a disgruntled attitude and her muttering insults under her breath as she wrote up my ticket. This shop has gone downhill and other than to pick my item back up very soon I will no longer be supplying them with my business. My advice: train your employees thoroughly, teach them to treat customers with respect, or just hire a new one because the one that "helped" me that day is the worst. Lost a long time customer because of her. Oh and to the manager who watched and listened to this entire interaction without saying a word or stepping in to help or remedy the situation, shame on you as well. You'd think a manager of any real capacity wouldn't have ignored their employee knowing They were experiencing issues with the computer systems letting them tank while you stand there letting them, not to mention allow the employee continue to treat paying customers in that fashion. In my eyes, you were the one who failed at all points that day. Step up and do your job. But I will say the one shining star of that whole $hit$how was the one very polite, courteous, apologetic employee who was doing their best to do everyone's jobs cleaning up outside most of my visit. You were very kind checking on us.. As you could tell we were becoming quote frustrated with the whole thing. I wanted to say thank you. But everyone else that day, failed! I would give no stars if I could. Do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday july 11 my husband and i went in with a dvd blue ray netflix picture and music player cost at walmart around $200 and the hispanic lady was beyond rude telling us shed only resale it for 20$ if we didnt pick it up and was only willing to loan us 10$ on it and again this is my 3rd time handleing transactions with this hispanic lady and the resale value in a pawn shop having worked for one for that particular blue ray player is 45-55$ and im tired of her attitude and ignorance as well as lies. She seriously as a manager myself needs to treat customers with A LOT MORE RESPECT if she worked in my pawn shop id of fired her and i went in to specifically investigate for gephart the complaints about her at this pawn shop and her lack there of customer service and satisfaction as well as respect and ive concluded in my review a strike against this store not to do any further business until she is fired i will let you all know when that happens. We need to stand as one people and take our business elswhere to show the owner/manager we want respect, customer satisfaction and dignity and will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went in on 4/12 to check out a motorcycle I saw posted on Facebook marketplace. It was listed for $4000 but it was priced at $4500 in store. Had a big dent on the gas tank that wasnāt mentioned in the ad. Two of the guys helping us could not figure out how to open the saddlebags, they were both on their hands and knees trying to figure it out. Even going as far to google it. After a while I was losing interest and told them Iād think on it as I had a few other bikes to look at that day. One of the two male sales associate asked as we were leaving if we had an offer. I wasnāt too interested as the dent in the gas tank really turned me off. The guy with the tattoos then got snarky saying it was an easy fix. We didnāt want to put the time or money into the repair. He was sort of bickering with us. We were actively leaving the store as he snapped āsomeone will buy itā I said good luck and left. Waste of an hour drive. The other gentleman that helped me was cordial and nice, guy with the tattoos seemed to just want to shark a sale as the other guy had interacted...
