Farmhouse at Saccos — Local services in Roy

I was craving salsa and while my garden has fresh jalapeños and onions, tomatoes are weeks away. The last thing I wanted was waxy flavorless store bought tomatoes. So I set out to find Saccos. I’ve driven by many times but haven’t really ever stopped in. I found some tomatoes that looked pretty good. As I checked out the checker noted how good they were. The person next to them who Could have been the manager or maybe owner asked me what I was up to and recommended another vine tomato they had. I had already paid by this point but knew this adventure called for the best tomatoes. She escorted to the aforementioned tomatoes. Specifically picked me her best and then gave them to me at no charge. It was 7 tomatoes. Unbelievable. You don’t find service like that anywhere. Not to mention generosity....

I LoVE this place! It is so cute! From the time you drive in to the time yoh walk in this place has turned everyday things into masterpieces for displays . You immediately start saying oh my gosh look at this and look at that .... now get inside and it is full of farm fresh vegetables ,fruit and breads! If you are looking for a gift, they have amazing brought in. Fresh items! Plus let's get back to the good ol days with old fashioned candy ! Want chees? Fresh cheese curd and an array of cheeses ! My favorite.... Farmhouse PICKLES!! They are the BEST!!! Stop in .... you will make it a weekly go to ... if. It daily for the fresh baked goods every...

Wow what a great experience. I thought this was just a fruit and vegetable store, NOT! We went there for the milk, but there was so much there to explore and they were well organized. Honey butter, cheese curds of all kinds, different flavors of honey, fun treats for kids (check out my pictures for those), all kinds of spices, salsa, options for gluten and dairy free, organic items and the list could go on forever. I really liked the jerky flavored cheese curds, they were awesome. We are definitely coming back. They even have shopping carts for small children.
