I apologize that this is the first review for a location by someone having their first papa J experience. I typically make my dough from scratch (with 30 hrs of time for the yeast to work) and bake my pizza meticulously. I was convinced to pay carry out prices for a pizza (which I still bake) after years of harasment.
The Tuscan chicken turned out great...low moisture dough and simple to bake. The NY style dough was a simple thin crust that is surpassed by a simple DiGiorno...if I folded the crust (like anyone would on a NY street) it would crack and fall in my lap...NY style pizza has a moist dough graced by oil and sauce and offers moist crust which allows you to bend it and walk away from the shop. Do that with this dough and your carpets will be ruined. It's another GREAT AMERICAN fast food compromise.
So mixed reviews. The location was amazing. Clean and friendly staff that that produced my order on time.

Read moreFor the past few months, maybe 6, I cant order online and have it waiting for me by the time I pick it up. It does not matter if I order at noon for a 4:00pm pick up or at 3:15 -- They are never ready. Instead the staff is working on walk in orders first....NOT THE PRE-PAID ONES! I emailed the corporate office and was told it was due to the "new general manager" getting used to things, but then it just kept happening. I love the pizza and I go there often, I really wish they could get it together and not have an excuse every time as to why its not ready. Read moreThis store is VERY short staff. No manager available .. workers are EXTREMELY SLOW. I have waited over 30 to get a pizza made 1 customer a head of me. Then they don’t remember what you ordered … I realize you have to measure the product, but it shouldn’t take you a minute to weigh each item.
